I got the dehumidifier and I noticed the power cord was missing. I let them know via email and after verifying the purchase and the problem, a replacement was sent and in no time at all, I was able to try it out. Thanks! After trying it out, I discovered it works really well and it makes a difference in the summer conditions, even though I have central cooling. And it has a neat light with different colors. The night mode is extremely quiet as well! I would buy this again and I will recommend it to the people that I know.

I have had it for 20 days, It works great; however, it is not quiet. I can hear it running constantly. I am not sure if this will be a keeper for me.

I have had this for just 2 months and the full light came on, I emptied it and now the light will not go off and I cannot use it..I am really disappointed and I can't seem to contact the company

I opened it up. 2 peltier and an 18v fan. Unfortunately there are no quite 18v PC fans that I could find to switch with. Tried inserting a regulator and a PC 12v quite highend fan but these just don't produce enough cfm to cool down the peltier. Maybe a booster and a24v noctua would work but didn't trace the electric board to see if it will hold the current. Either way works pretty well as it is. Removed about 10% humidity in 1 night from a 12m^2 room from 70%->60%. Over all satisfied.

Great product and price

I recently purchased this item, I never knew how much moisture was inside of my bedroom until this machine came along. It’s very quiet. Energy efficient! I highly recommend if you need one for a bedroom size.

This is a great dehumidifier. It is well made, sturdy, and does an excellent job!

It doesn't move much air, it put it in a small bedroom in front of a fan. Still doesn't remove much moisture.

Broke after 1 months of use. Can’t get it working again.
