Best mascara I’ve used. I have oily skin and fairly long eyelashes, the two combined means I used to always have black smudges under my eyes. I’ve tried expensive mascaras that are supposed to be smudge proof or suitable for oily skin but I got the same panda look from all of them. I’d have to check my make up constantly to make sure the panda hadn’t returned or that I didn’t have mascara goop in the corner of my eyes. Waterproof mascara was no good either due to wearing contacts. Then, while looking online for the next one to try, I found a review for this one and I’m so glad I did. It’s the best mascara I’ve ever had. It does not budge during the day, no more panda eyes, no more mascara goop and at the end of the day it looks as fresh as it did when I put it on. Plus it’s so easy to remove and when it’s removed your eyelashes are completely mascara free, no more waking up with mascara residue in the morning. I can’t recommend it enough and it’s a great price

I've bought so many mascaras over the years - both 'drug store' and designer brands - but this mascara is honestly the best I've ever tried. I cannot believe how inexpensive it is for the quality! Although the design of the packaging/the container is fairly cheap looking and mediocre, the design of the brush and the actual mascara is first-rate. The brush is long and thin. Every single lash is separated and coated, allowing both (extreme) lengthening and gentle curling. It doesn't clump and it looks very natural. Then there is the fact it's a tubing mascara, so it doesn't run or smudge - I'm not sure why, but the moment I turned 40 my mascara started to run and smudge, but this stays put and is easy to remove with a cleansing cloth and water. Finally, and most importantly to me, elf products are all vegan - so completely cruelty-free (and that includes not using ingredients from, or trading with, countries that mandate animal testing). Many beauty brands may be cruelty-free in your own country, but engage in cruel animal testing practices in other countries (such as China), so going for a product labelled as 'vegan' is the only way to be sure. You can rest easy with elf products that you will not be funding animal cruelty. This is the holy grail of mascaras - buy it, you won't regret it.

This mascara certainly gives a bit of drama! Lovely deep black that gives a lot of definition and makes lashes look longer. It loses a point as it does need a bit of attention to ensure it does not clump. I found that an eyelash primer underneath helps this problem. The price point is reasonable. Needs a good eye make up remover to get it off but if you are looking for something that gives longer lashes and you don't mind applying carefully and possibly using a primer this mascara is a great option. I would probably buy again but I like to swap out my mascara choices regularly. Seems to have lasted well so far.

Ohhh yeah baby this is my new mascara 🛐🙏🏻 perfect if you’re wanting very long eyelashes but not too much volume. I’ve used maybelline sky high for years but found it looked too heavy on me and took forever to apply if I wanted it to look right. This one is fab I can apply it so quick and it tapers off at the end of my eyelashes so well so they don’t go clumpy and look more natural 🕷️ also feels less crunchy than the sky high mascara and is easier to remove

I have tried lots (and lots!) of mascaras and am always disappointed as they don't live up to the hype. However, this one actually does what it says. Goes on nicely ( I use 2 coats) but more importantly it doesn't smudge and no panda eyes. More expensive than I'd usually spend but in this case its definitely worth it.

Lovely mascara, lengthens beautifully and adds some volume however I find it doesn't last long in the tube. I only got about 6 weeks of wear before it started to flake under my eyes. A real shame as it does look great for those 6 weeks.

Absolutely lovely mascara. It is not clumpy or goopy - it goes on smoothly and doesn't smudge - fantastic! I usually end up rubbing my eyes when I wear mascara, as it agitates my eyes, but this didn't agitate my eyes at all - I didn't even rub my eyes once! Miraculous! I didn't build up the mascara for a lash extension look, I just applied once for a more natural look. I would highly recommend trying this.

Love this mascara, I only recently discovered tubing mascara and was sceptical so tried this one which is very reasonable. Other mascaras would leave residue on my eyelids and under my eyebrows especially in hot weather but this doesn’t shift! It’s great, I use it every day now and will be ordering some more soon. Try it you won’t be disappointed.

EDIT: It's been almost a yr & half - 2 yrs & still using ELF XTNDR TUBING mascara. I was using the 💙Elf tubing mascara in black, I'd just opened it, getting ready like I always do. I bought the 💙Elf Tubing mascara from a store & saw it on Amazon & got 2 more. Now I have a brown one which I love. I have both brown & black, if you've never used the brown, it's awesome & will give you a great look. I think it also comes in blue. While I was putting the 💙Elf Tubing mascara on, mascara almost acts like a water proof mascara, how it was explained to me is that the 💙 Elf mascara wraps around each lash creating a tube, it washes off easily, it doesn't flake or smear & I just found my new mascara. I'd been using princess mascara for abt 2 yrs & always got it on Amazon, made in Germany & I thought good quality, at least as good as I could get for the price but it flakes. Ladies, you have to try Elf Tubing Xtnder mascara, either way, whatever it's called, it will pop up in your search. I love it & have no complaints. What I really like is the brush. I've never used a brush like this one, it's got short rubber like bristles, not really bristles but little nubs & not like the big bushy bristles on big fat mascaras. The applicator wand delivers the mascara to each lash & so good & great layering. That's been one of my issues with different mascaras is not knowing what kind of brush I'll get & end up throwing away many mascaras bc I'd use it a cpl times & quit using it bc of the big fat brushes that hold onto so much mascara that it dries & have to separate my eyelashes. This 💙ELF TUBING layers so nicely, I usually put abt 3 layers & that's why I've come back to Amazon to get a cpl more of what I got from the store. Another thing that you need to know is that this 💙ELF TUBING MASCARA is really similar to "PRIME" mascara made by "PROMETICS." It cost almost $30! I love that one, too. The Prime is supposedly for women over 40 or 50. I bought a tube of Prime from their site, it's the same price here on Amazon as it is on their site. I thought that Prime had so many great reviews I have to try it. This "Prime" mascara made by "Prometics" is ALMOST EXACTLY like the Elf Tubing mascara & the brush is also the same. It's $28 & its also a tubing mascara, as it states on the pkg. I don't usually read the mascara pkg but they were so similar I had to read it & trying it I found that "Prime" is also said it was a tubing mascara. For 4 times as much as 💙ELF TUBING mascara, don't waste your money & spend almost $30 on a mascara when you can get 💙 Elf Tubing mascara is $7 & the same price here on Amazon & in stores. You can get both here & go ahead & try "Prime" just for yourself & you'll see that they're ALMOST EXACTLY the same, the brush & mascara. I'm so glad I got this mascara, I've used this Elf Tubing mascara for over a year & half -- 2 yrs 🌹 So now, I have both, Elf & Prime & I also love the Prime brand. I use store brand makeup remover & it's not oily, similar to Neutrogena, but also cost less. They're almost identical only 1 costs $28 & the Elf costs $7. I had been using different mascaras that cost under $10 bc for the last few yrs & trying to find something, anything that worked like I wanted but settled for Princess 👸 I'm really tired of spending $20 - $30 for mascara & it not being what I wanted or needed. ( there are other mascaras called Prime but they're not made by "Prometics") If you see "PRIME" Mascara on Amazon you'll notice that there are several, similar pkg & color but, look at the company that makes it & also the price! The REAL PRIME mascara is made by PROMETICS & cost $28 there are other Prime for alot less made by different companies. Both Elf & Prime are awesome mascaras & almost exactly the same. They both have the Tubing effect & the same exact wand applicator. They both are great but why pay 4 × as much bc it says for women over 40 or 50. I had to see for myself & I love both of them. If you were to put them both in an unmarked tube, same applicator & tried them side by side, you probably wouldn't be able to tell the difference, maybe by the smell. I got both, the Prime for $28 & Elf Tubing for $7. I love both of them. Read my review of "Prime" by "Prometics." You'll love both if you like tubing mascara.

This has quickly become one of my favorite mascaras—I’ll definitely be repurchasing. Highly recommend if you’re looking for great lashes at a budget-friendly price! 💖
