This Badger105 Arrow is fantastic. It has a slightly smaller paint cup than the Patriot 105 so you can see exactly what your painting. I only use acrylic paints and I have suffered tip drying , blocking and just a horrible painting experience with the cheaper models. In fact I’ve bought 2 cheaper models and was about to gave up scale model building, when my wife bought me this Badger 105 Arrow and I can’t praise my new airbrush enough. I’ve used it to paint two complete models now and wow it was amazing. Very tight panel lines, shading and full coverage, it does the lot. I love this airbrush. You will have to buy an adapter as the Badger use a smaller fitting than the standard air hose, but they can be bought on Amazon for a few pounds.If you are using acrylic paints just use hot water to wash and blow through the airbrush. Easy to remove the needle without removing the end of the airbrush. So it is very easy to clean.

I am not impressed with the finish compared with other brands. Fits well in the hand and operates nicely. Plastic covers etc look tacky.

Having used a basic gravity feed brush for a year, many YT videos indicate that a quality airbrush will improve matters so this came out at the perfect time. I am very much an average painter but this will now allow me to cascade my original for metallic paints.

Works well, but it came in the case without any instructions or other accessories. Had to buy my own hose adapter...Had to search all over the internet to find the exact model specifications just so I could dissasemble it for cleaning.

I decided it was time I treated myself so after consultation I went for it.My model making has never been this good.
