Makes Navage affordable to use
These FirAant silicone pads makes it possible for me to use my Navage as often as needed for my chronic sinus issues. Even buying pods at the best prices, using them 2-3 times/day was cost prohibitive. These pads do work, allowing me to use my navage as often as needed. I also like that I am able to run clean water through the machine using these pads, allowing me to supplement cleaning effort by flushing the unit with clean water.

Cost effective replacement for navage capsules
Once you run out of the expensive saline packs, get yourself one of these and saline salt packets from Walmart (or anywhere else). The machine is designed to not work unless it has a specific click from their capsules, which these silicone pads add.As others have said, it is not recommended to use tap water with a Navage due to risk of infection. Use distilled water (water that has been boiled and then completely cooled to room temperature).

Works but once closed difficult open lid
UPDATE... 3 star to 4 bcuz they care...After the company read this review they contacted me and offered me a full refund, which they did.Rarely do you see a company that would do this, kudos...Original post...This product works and allows lid to close and pump operate, however only gave it 3 stars because lid snaps shut very hard and almost impossible to pop lid back open .Using the utube trick with old pod frame works so much better.

These work great!!!
Works so much better for using the packaged powder salt instead of paying a fortune for the pods. I recommend mixing your solution before putting in Navage. I had one that I didn’t mix up good enough. The salt sank to the bottom and I’m pretty sure I snorted pure salt when I started my Navage.

Easy to use, great idea
These little reusable silicone pads have stopped the expensive plastic waste of the proprietary saline pods. I love my Navage but hated being held captive to proprietary plastic salt pods. These are awesome and work perfectly to allow me to mix my own saline at a fraction of the cost. I have to use it daily due to sinus issues and the cost per month both in money and plastic waste was too high for comfort. So happy to have discovered these!

Perfect money saver!
I bought these with no expectation that they would work, and to my surprise, they work amazingly. I love that they come with a case to store them in. They are easy to use, and knowing that I do not have to wait for a shipment of replacement pods when I run out eases my mind and saves me a lot of money.

Navage byass
This works well to bypass the navage system. I've used it half a dozen times so far with no problems

Update: Great manufactured 'hack' to allow other saline products
The product headline description is very misleading. These are NOT salt pods!! Maybe I ordered these as a pack of 16 thinking they were, but in the end, I came out better off. These are a silicone manufactured pad, the size in photo 1, that allow the electric pump to work when inserted as in photo 2, without using the Navage proprietary salt pods. The Navage pod's plastic case and tin foil top also act to press the two switches 'down', switches shown in photo 3. This allows the user to mix granular saline products with water before pouring the resulting saline solution into the unit. Why there are 16 to a pack I have no idea, but the package then should last for a very long time as each pad can be reused, until perhaps it might become compressed. I remove mine when not in use to prevent this.UPDATE: The insert basically 'wore out', not allowing the switch to be depressed. Basically the unit would not turn on. An estimate as to how many uses before this happened would be around 8 to 10. The insert looks perfectly fine, however inserting a new one allowed the Navage to work. The worn out one will function if, when the lid is 'just about closed' the user can put their finger up, under the lid and depress the second switch located in the upper part of the lid's interior. A 'click' may or may not be heard and the unit may or may not work without a new insert. Or put in a new silicone refill or the proper Navage saline pod.

Works perfectly
I bought the black ones. They just sit in place and cause the mechanism to become depressed so that the side button can be activated. Simple, effective. This will save everybody money on pods and allow you to make your own saline.
