I just wish there was a rating of less than 1 star
This stuff was pretty unique. I’ve been to Korea several times and eaten Bibimbap many times, but this product was inedible. Instructions were easy enough to follow, but the flavors were horrible. It tasted of burned sesame oil. Gritty and left a horrid taste in the mouth. It’s hard to put one’s finger on where it went wrong but it’s not a very nice tasting item. The cut of the ingredients made it hard to distinguish a particular item. It was just one mush of stuff. It certainly didn’t taste of any kind of mushroom or anything else specific. One of the most unpleasant experiences of any food item purchased from Amazon. Just bad. No amount of Doctoring this product could have helped, like salt or hot sauce or anything. I ended up tossing it out after 3 bites and spent the next 40 minutes trying to use mouthwash and other things to try and get the taste out of my mouth. Most disappointing.
