Chainsaw has 28” inch chain even though the saw is limited to 24” chain. The brake does not stop the chain from turning at full speed. Amazon does not allow returns. The 3rd party seller does not do anything to allow return, just runs you around to get you to go away. A total waste of money. I will throwMine in the trash and learn my lesson from buying from Amazon.

The first thing I noticed was that the powerhead notes that the maximum bar length should not exceed 24 inches.However, I seem to handle the bar fine. I was cutting up a maple tree, approximately 36 to 40 inches in diameter.I would say that if I was cutting a lot of very large logs that I would choose a larger powerhead with more horsepower. But with the $150 coupon, the price point could not be beat and I really have absolutely no complaints.The chain was very sharp. The saw housing seems very solid. The safety glasses were cheesy and a joke. The tool kit however is nice. The chain is easily tensioned from the side instead of having the tensioning screw near the bar.Have fun and stay safe!

Starts and runs great Oiler also works well gun

I got the saw ran fine for about the first two hours. It'll be working just fine then all the sudden it starts reving way up and shuts down. Took it to a chainsaw mechanic thinking maybe he could fix it, well again it ran fine for about a half hour then the same story, I called the guy who worked on my saw and charged me 200$ and he basically told me to buy a husqvarna or a stihl and I won't have that problem, which I already knew I own 3 stihls, but it's a little late for that I already bought this one and at the same time bought another 20" neotech can't remember the number of it because I gave it away because it wouldn't run 6200 maybe...brand new. Ran fine for idk maybe a week or two. Then did the exact same thing. Rev way up and shut off.
