Junk after 6 months!
At first, these worked great, but now I have owned them for 6 months and one side is quieter than the other and the other side will go from loud to soft in a whim. I've always kept them in the case when not using them and they have never been yanked or pulled on. They are out of Amazon's time period to return, which was only a month and the Soundpeats website does not work. These things are garbage, do not buy. Goes back to the old adage: "cheap is expensive".7-23-18 ****UPDATE**** After leaving the review SoundPEATS customer service contacted me and offered to ship me a new pair or give me a refund. I decided to give them another chance. I will fully update my review after I have owned these new pair for 6 months of no issues.

Great but sound quality lacks
I bought these headphones because I needed a new pair for the gym. I’ve had wireless headphones for the gym in the past but they didn’t last long, so I gave up on them. The reviews for this product convinced me to give wireless headphones a second chance. So far, these have not disappointed me. I like that they came with their own case and extra ear pieces. I also like that the buds connect magnetically when not in use. This helps them not get all tangled up in my bag. The headphones charge quickly and connect via Bluetooth well. They have never disconnected during use, which is an issue I’ve faced with other wireless headphones in the past. My only slight issue with them is that the sound quality is not the best. It’s pretty good, but it doesn’t match up to the quality of my Apple headphones in terms of clarity and bass. For that reason, I’ve deducted one star. Overall I would recommend these headphones, especially for the gym. It’s nice to not have to worry about wires while working out.

Good for price. Warrenty honered twice
2019 updateSoundpeats replaced the set no problem.Did it again with one month left on warrenty. I have the 2 year extended plan so next time they get to replace them. Lets see how that goes.Bought in march died in november. Right ear bud dead.Need to reacherch the web for better quality.Updated....6 months old and failing fast. They just dont hold up. Every aspect of the earbuds is failing. Wont charge most times. Wont hold a charge. Screen in the buds came ouy. Cant get clear sinal from my phone in my back pocket. Seems there only made to last 6 months. My duaghter threw hers away.***********************************Still love them but took a star away due to the poor quality mic. The other person cant hear you on the phone. Same problem with both sets so its defiantly a design flaw.Room for improvement. Ill but the upgrade.Best earbuds yet. After scullcandy and other such quailty buds these blow them all away. The fit is what i like best. They give you the ability to custom fit to your ears. Lots of extras that do the job others wont invest in. The cord around the neck is livable once you get used to it. The mini buttons are actually well designed and somewhat comfterble to use. Its a transition that was fun to make. The magnets are kinda weak but do the job.For the money nothing else comes close.I also got the 2 year warranty. I usually avoid such waste but it was only a few bucks and instant replacement if any problems. Its a psychological thing i guess.I am buying another pair for my daughter.

Useless in 2 different ways after a week
EDIT: I originally had this at 1 star. The earbuds died in a week. I wrote this review and the makers immediately contacted me to send me a replacement. The replacement works perfectly, and sounds amazing. 5 stars for customer service and a great unitORIGINAL: I'm upgrading from the Q30. These have noticably better sound, but that's all I like about it. The buttons on the Q36 are smoother and have a lower profile, which look and feel great, unless you're moving or exercising and then not having the tactile feel of bigger and bulkier buttons makes me sometimes hit the wrong button. After 4 days of owning this, the blue indicator of a full charge won't go away. This drains the battery when not in use so I have to charge it until the last second before use. After 6 days of owning this, it stopped connecting to my iphone 6s.What a shame. The sound was a fair bit better. If I can get a full refund, I'll probably try again and hope for a working unit

A Total Surprise!
Let's see, I have a Bose QC35 a Sony WH1000XM2 ,a Massdrop Sennheiser HD6XX, and a handful of mid-priced headphones. Is it fair to compare this earphone to those? probably not in terms of build quality, but sound wise this earbuds is almost as good as them, For the price I paid for this, I would say this is a steal. the sound is exceptionally good, the soundstage is equal to Bose QC35 and the bass is just right. I'm no audiophile but with all my headphone collected thru the years, I would say this is a very good purchase. So what if this breaks in a couple of months? I would buy a dozen of this without hesitation.

All the features I was looking for, big step up for me
This is my first pair of "wireless" earbuds, and I'll never go back. I used to accidentally knock my earbuds out all the time, catching my hand on the cord. I listen to podcasts while I work, and the sound is clear and good. I'm not tethered to my phone anymore and don't have to keep it in my pocket while I'm working. I can speak on the phone easily with the built-in microphone, and no one on the other end has complained about not being able to hear me. I can't really speak to their quality for listening to music, but if you're a hard-core music person who notices every detail you'll probably buy something more expensive anyway. From what I've heard, this is a category where you "get what you pay for."It's still surprisingly difficult to find earbuds that have the little curved pieces that help keep the things in your ears, and I really appreciate that. I'm to the point now where not having that feature is a deal breaker for me. I really like these, and I hope they have a long life (we'll see).
