Incredible Guitar, Phenomenal Sellers!
I am sure if you're reading this you're a fellow lefty either looking to get into guitar or have experience. I was on the newer side of things, looking to get my first guitar. Out of the box, the instrument was pristine. It didn't have a speck of dust on it. It came tuned down. It was a pretty quick thing to get in to tip-top, though! The guitar sounds great and I am incredibly happy with it. It has a solid feel and is incredibly comfortable to hold, so much so, that you may even find it in your hands or lap when you weren't even thinking about it and for a learner, that's not so bad an issue to have, haha. All knobs and sliders work very well and feel quite smooth. They are of solid quality as there is no wobble or give while adjusting them. There is also no wobble or play with the cable plugged in, which is nice! I would very much recommend this guitar if you are a lefty looking for something high quality that will last! I also highly recommend Safe Haven Music in particular, as I had what I can really only describe as the most positive customer service experience ever. Friendly, helpful, genuine combined with a great attitude towards their customers, instruments and products. I will definitely be looking towards Safe Haven for any further equipment I purchase!

Great for the price but some things could be better
I’ve always liked Jackson/ibanez just for the body styles and headstocks. The tuners are kinda lackluster and have some skipping but the Floyd Rose bridge and nut make up for it for the most part. Some little upgrades and slight changes and this can be killer axe.

SURPRISE QUALITY!
I have been in music for 35+ years. I spent my youth playing Kramer, BC Rich, and A custom Jackson. (all Lefties). i walked away from guitar and focused on voice and composition. I have a teen son who wanted to learn guitar. I bought him the right handed version, and I the lefty. when they arrived I was really blown away at how great the quality is on a $300 guitar, ( I didn't expect much) I was wrong! first thing I noticed was the neck and how well it was made. the attention to the fret work and the finish is amazing! the body is excellent and the finish is flawless. out of the box it was already set up to play. intonation was dang near perfect, action and tremolo were set well! the only negative I have is the pickups, they are actually really good for an entry guitar. for my taste, the bridge PU is "noisy". I replaced the PU's with EMG set 81/85 so minor upgrade, setup to my liking and this thing is a genuine RIPPER for $300! do yourself a favor, quit looking around pull the trigger and buy this NOW!

save up a bit more and buy a better made instrument
The moment this guitar came out of the box I instantly realized something wasn't right - The high E string was barely hanging on the edge of the neck and the low E was more than a 1/4" away inside from the edge of the neck. the bridge posts weren't centered correctly causing the strings to be misaligned on the neck. The licensed Jackson Floyd Rose on this instrument had rough threads on the fine tuners, making it more tedious to adjust. The locking nut was was too high off the fretboard and would have needed to be shaved down. I suppose the price point of these reflects what you are going to get in terms of quality - very poor in this instance. While I realize, a newly purchased guitar might/would require at least a minimal amount of setting up, this one was way beyond that. Back it went.
