I’m a big fan of Micro Ingredients and have a lot of trust in the brand’s products, and this Whole Milk Powder only reinforced that. I absolutely love this milk and use it mainly in my daily coffee. I've had other powdered milks and they have often missed the mark, Nestle especially. Another excellent powdered milk is Horizon's organic whole milk, which seems to be discontinued. This one from Micro tastes wonderful; just like milk, no weird aftertaste. Mixes just fine in warm water. Great bang for your buck, on top of that!

I used this to make our own cocoa mix. It's pretty good and the finished drink has a creamy quality to it, due to the milk. I like that it comes from pasture-raised cows, not shot up with hormones, etc. I believe it to be high quality. My only wish was there was a whole milk powder that comes from A2 Jersey cows, as that seems to be better for our tummies. But if we drink this in moderation, we seem to have no discomfort.
