I was surprised how well it works. My wife has had back problems almost forever. This item provides the relief she needs. I was surprised at the battery life too. It does need to be recharged. Eventually. I saw that the description mentioned long battery life but I had no idea it would last so long. Happy wife--happy life.

Good product; however, one of the batteries will not charge.

I absolutely love this product. I cannot speak regarding this vs another similar product because I haves used any others. But it came as expected, I like that it has 20 different strength settings, including a heating and cooling attachment. I do feel it dies a little quicker than I thought, but I would still buy this product again.

The product works great right now, but there is a problem the control area plastic covering kind of clicks when you change speeds and other options like it’s not supposed to do that so we’ll see if it last
