Got caught out by the latest firmware update meaning my older unused cartridges are now blocked by HP. Ordered these hoping they would work rather than over paying for HP Originals. Can confirm they work with the latest firmware ELLISXLP1N003.2602A.00

Turn off HP blocking software

Regarding apparent incompatibility of cartridges with my HP7740 (using MAC equipment), advice received from SmartInk and some replacement black cartridges received within 24hours! Inserted four new (all colours) cartridges after amending software via printer control panel and success.

Brilliant service and cartridges.

Superb quality cartridges at a very reasonable price. My printer didn't recognise them , so didn't work !!! Contacted there customer service team...via chat. They quickly helped resolve the problem...with there help..I was soon up and running , Iam no computer wizz kid! Will now only buy my cartridges from them , as I know I am in safe hands.
