Is the dark chocolate vegan (no dairy ingredients)?

It appears that both the milk and dark chocolate varieties of chello cherries contain MILK and therefore would not be vegan. The label is a bit unclear however

I have ordered these before, but they came in discolored and seemed old- are these fresh now?

I just got an order in July 2023 (with a cold pack!) from King of Sweets, and they are fresh and delicious. 8-) I haven't gotten 'old' product in any of my 11 shipments - I had 1 that I didn't open because it wasn't Dark chocolate, but sitting open on my dresser they don't age very fast. 8-)
