Can be played with without water
My granddaughters favorite gift. Bought it for her at age 2. She still plays with it at bath time and takes it with her almost everywhere. It is a hit

Cute and fun for kids
Cute and does work as shown. It does take it a little longer than you will think to sink and take in the water needed to open and release Ariel. Must put Ariel in correctly or it will not work. Kids loved it and cute surprise

Awesome toy, my kids love it and keeps them entertained
My kids love this toy. It works exactly as described and is fun for multiple ages. We even took it on our trip to Hawaii for the pool - it is lightweight and dries easily. I attached a video of how it works in the water. Also many reviews talked about the packaging being difficult to open but they must have changed it because it was incredibly easy to open and we had no issues at all. Would highly recommend this toy to help your kids develop their swim skills.

It is a nice toy , however it doesn’t do the necessary whenever it hits the pool bottom it doesn’t open you have to open it manually in order for the Mermaid to be released!

My daughter is obsessed with Ariel and loves to watch her swim up in her bath. I’m sure this will look a lot funner in a pool when she’s older. Sadly, she did pinch her finger in the shell, but just user error! Very fun product
