Eastland® Pinched Bud Vase 3.5" Set of 24

Good looking, but inexpensive bud vase. I bought one of these at a yard sale or flea market or some such many years ago. I finally decided to look for more. Took a picture, and then did an online image search.Which finally led to these. Almost identical, other than being made in China instead of Mexico. The look a little cloudy to start with, but the slight cloudiness rinses right off. They are very good for individual small flowers, like the small roses that grow locally. Most flowers can't be done like passion flowers, that can be pinched off right at the base of the flower and placed in a small white Corel bowl with about a quarter inch of water. All the other flowers that I have seen require some kind of vase, as the base of the flower sticks out too much, leading to the flower tipping over, and these fill the bill. I bought two dozen, in order to be able to give them as gifts, with a flower in them already, and no need to return the bud vase.

They actually came in a “Libbey” box which have been impossible to find and are either listed as discontinued or out of stock everywhere. We use them to save a bit of sand from our vacation destinations. Other than being a little lighter weight glass than the previous vases they are nearly indistinguishable.

These are so great for gifting and for using around the house to put a single flower with the stem cut short ! I loved these! Gave one each to my niece and nephew so they can practice making a little flower vase or putting whatever plant cutting they like in there. So cute!

Just what I was looking for the perfect size for my flowers.

I was worried it was too small but worked like a charm. Love love love them.

Perfect to add a little something special.

These little vases were exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately, two arrived broken. I contacted the vendor and was immediately promised replacements, which arrived just a couple days later.

These vases were absolutely PERFECT for what we were going for. They were the perfect size for our reception. They can fit up to two carnations (the flower we picked) and some greenery. They did not get in the way or look tacky. They were simply elegant, and a great take home gift. They don't fall over (unless you knock them over) and hold plenty of water as to not worry about your flowers. They are also easy to transport from place to place, whether you have flowers in them or not.
