Says right on the tub: " Not for electrical use". ???

My small jar says "Not for electronics use or with aluminum or magnesium." I have used it to solder electrical wiring and have not had any issues with it. However I am not a professional and only use it for DIY work.

Yes, it both sizzles and smokes as soon as a soldering iron tip touches it. Marked "Not for use on electronic applications."

Rectorseal is an acid base soldering flux used to clean metal surfaces prior to soldering. As for heat, typically soldering is done with one of the following, soldering gun, soldering iron, pencil iron or a torch.Not sure needs repaired on your LG-G4 but I doubt this product is what you want to use.

Can i use this for electronics?

This is not rosin flux. Even though it says non-acidic it's intended for pipes. I wouldn't use it for electronics. Search for rosin flux if you need flux for electronics.

Tolles Flussmittel!

Ich habe das Produkt in einem Video über Löten gesehen und habe es bei Amazon bestellt. Das Lötmittel ist pastös und gut aufzubringen. Das Lot verläuft sehr gut, und die Reinigung der Lötstelle ist in Seifenwasser kein Problem.

Excellent active flux, used it for electrical soldering and soldering iron tip cleaner.

Very nice working flux, used it for soldering contacts. After an instant touch it clears and refreshes the soldering iron tips. It allows to solder not only copper, but nichrome and manganese wires, and other difficult to solder materials.Not sure if it is corrosive or not - the name suggests that it should not be corrosive as other ZnCl fluxes are.
