These candles have a substantial attractive appearance. How great to finally have several that work without cords or worry. Timer works great. I’m leaving them up for the cold dark part of winter. Sure makes it cheerier.

Put the batteries in at Thanksgiving time and they still light 7 months later. Excellent.What I didn't like was how hard it was to get the batteries in.Value for the money was excellent.

They are light however after you place the D batteries into the base they are quite stable and were beautiful We placed small lamp shades on ours and they were stunning for our table. Customer service excellent.

I read a few reviews about some of their candles not working. I would urge you to screw in the bulbs hard I felt there was either a coating or something to break away and improve the connection to get a few to start. As a whole, every single one worked and I ordered 3 full sets of 4. The base is larger than most because they take 2 D batteries each. However, the light is white with a slightly warm undertone that is a good lumen of brightness not too much just right id say and they do not get hot at all. If the batteries last more than a year of use id say very good value.

They are beautiful. At first I thought they were very light in weight but once you put the 2 D batteries in them, they were solid. 8 hour timers which were great. Such a nice touch at Christmas time to my windows.

I was so pleased with the brightness of these candles from outdoors. They are every bit as bright as the corded candles that I used for years without the hassle. That's a big improvement over the battery operated ones that I tried 10 years ago. My only complaint is that the timer is not adjustable. With each candle using 2 "D" batteries, I find that 8 hours would drain them too quickly. They are so easy to turn on and off that it wasn't too much trouble.

Supplied lightbulbs didn't fit. Door to where batteries are located wasn't easy to open, but after breaking my fingernail I was able to put batteries in. But the lights never turned on! Waste of money, my time and efforts and now I have to return them. I thought they were similar to the ones I bought at Costco a few years ago, but these are garbage. Also, bases have smudges that don't come off. Buyer beware.If ZERO stars were available, I would have given them ZERO because they didn't work at all.

Great lights. Nice and bright, nice weight with batteries so sit nicely on window sill. Love the sensor/timer feature too. Just unpacked from storage a year later and all lights are functioning-even the batteries and bulbs from last season.
