Fishwife Starter 7-Pack | Premium Tinned Fish Variety Pack

I purchased the seven pack. The smoked rainbow trout has four ingredients: Smoke trout, olive oil, garlic, salt. The garlic is not just flavoring as you can actually see the white pieces. The smokiness and saltiness were just right and the olive oil neither overpowered the trout or vise-versa. The sardines with preserved lemon actually had the preserved lemon slice in the tin and the sardines with hot pepper had the hot pepper in the tin. Absolutely delicious. The mackerel was packed so beautifully that it almost looked like art. It is wild caught and packed in olive oil. It was as delicious as it looked. As a sushi lover, I am almost always disappointed by canned tuna. Not so here. The mix of salt, lemon, and olive oil could not have been better. There were two smoked salmon tins which I saved for last. Both were delicious however I preferred the one without Sichuan chili crisp. The smokiness combined with the flavor of the skin was as good as it gets. Adding flavorings does not make it better. The price may be prohibitive for many people but if you want to give yourself a treat it’s worth the money. A single tin, with rice and some vegetables can be shared between two people.

My daughter asked for this starter pack for Christmas. This is an excellent value for the quantity and quality of this tinned fish. The taste and seasonings are amazing. She said that she likes the versatility when she entertains. She was amazed at the quantity included in this pack.

I love these products. They're delicious. You wouldn't think fish in a can would be such a great idea but these changed my mind. They are expensive but totally worth it. A lot of care goes into these fish.

I bought this for my husband who is totally into the Tin Fish Review guys videos on YouTube. Now he can decant his own tinned fish! He thoroughly enjoyed many of the cans but he’s not a fan of sardines so we just passed those to my dad. I’d probably prefer a “build a box” option if i order again. Taste was great and size was your average tinned fish size!

I got the 7-item variety pack, and every one of them was delicious. The quality is very high, the portion and presentation is nice, and the flavor of the sauces is absolutely perfect. The flavors were not overstated or understated. Just perfect and balanced flavor. They are on the pricier side, but I am reordering now and expect to do that many times in the future.

Saw this pitched on Shark Tank and thought I would give it a try. I wasn't into tinned fish until my first bite. I usually don't like oil based fish but it wasn't an issue with these items. The flavor is incredible and you taste the fish and seasonings first, the oil is very light and does not overpowered. I'M IN LOVE with the SMOKED TROUT! And immediately ordered more. The Sardines are delicious! I especially like that the texture of the fish is firm, not mushy. And the quality is top shelf. If you're on the fence about eating tinned fish, try Fishwives before you decide, you won't be disappointed!

These are delicious. They're expensive but worth trying or great as a gift.
