Xbox One Controller, Xbox Wireless Controller for Xbox Series X&S/Xbox One/Elite/Windows 7/8/10

Don’t waste your time and money buying, it is not compatible with Xbox One S series, as advertised by seller. I thought I am smart by saving £7 and buying this instead of original Xbox controller, but what a waste of time! Controller does not connect to and as soon as you try to connect, Microsoft message appears saying that it is not compatible with device and it will disable controller, what a disappointment!!!

I bought this for my son’s birthday and it won’t connect to any Xbox, I’ve tried my other sons to make sure it wasn’t an issue with the console.Quick delivery and comes with everything needed but I think this controller is faulty. Guttered really.

My son bought himself this product , its worked for 2 weeks and now stopped working saying this product isn’t supported by Xbox

Not what is says online, when I got mine I thought put it on connect it to my xbox one s as it says its compatible, no its not compatible as I had a message saying you need to get permission for using and date for the controller to be blocked so you can't use it. So I won't be buying again this controller

Doesn’t connect to the Xbox, not even using the Dongle.Complete false advertising.Trading Standards need to be contacted.It’s not value for money, it’s just not worth you wasting your money on.

Bought this for my son as a replacement controller. Looks great and easy enough to set up, but unfortunately didn’t work for long. Comes with a dongle type thing which no longer connects the controller. Disappointing especially as my 9 year old son used his own savings.
