Great stuff, better than the rest!
Far superior to the other tapes on the market. It's stretchy, sticky and works great for what I need it for!I find that if I exercise the moment that I put the tape on, it's more likely to come off quickly so I like to put it on about an hour prior to exercise. Lasts a long time if I use it this way.

Excellent, breathable, stays stuck
Excellent tape. Sticks easily, stays put. Don't notice it's on during activity, hopefully providing the benefits it's designed for. Easy to remove and leaves no residue. Stays quite wet, so a different type needed if using for activities where it may become moist.

Good quality support
I buy this stuff regularly as I have a connective tissue disorder. It holds me together brilliantly, and enables me to move around more independently. The down side is that I’m super allergic to lots of things, including this tape. I have to reserve it for when I have no other choice, as I know that the day after I’ll be clawing my skin off and using steroid cream. For those without allergies, this provides great support. Even with allergies, I weigh up my options and would still choose to use it (and prevent joint injuries) knowing that my skin is going to react afterwards.

Works surprisingly well
Watched the videos and it’s fairly straightforward to apply just get it right first time. Once stuck on i have showered and they still stay stuck so pretty good

great for helping injuries
helped me solve many running injuries inckuding most recently plantar fascitis. super stretchy compared to all the other tapes in boots/pharmacies.

Worse than rock tape
It’s just a bit worse then rock tape in every way. I bought this rather than rock tape as it arrived sooner but it doesn’t stick anywhere near as strong and it’s much harder to cut well. Had begun to peel within 3 hours. Going to buy a reel of rock tape and use this until it arrives.

Tape would not stay on
Although I did like the tape it would just not stick and would fall off as soon as I started any exercise. I did not have this problem with other brands of kinesiology tape.

Well what to say
You with live it or hate it . I like it and get on with it just don’t over tighten it or your skin feels like it’s coming off lol but it works ..
