Great for DIY.
Battery pack and associated tools arrived on time. The videos were very helpful! This saved me almost $200 that I was going to pay someone to change my Mac battery for me. The video and included tools made it easy to DIY.

No issues ordering or installing. Laptop powered on with new battery. Will update this later if battery has issues.

Works on 2016 MBP Touch Bar.
works. I follows YouTube video along with the provided instruction and was able to installed the battery successfully. Working so far for a month now. Will see if it lasts. Update: unfortunately this battery only lasted about a month. It kept showing 47% battery and healthy condition. It does not go up nor down. And as soon as I unplugged the power plug, laptop went off right away. I kept it at 2 stars for after contacting the seller, seller did refunded me with full amount.

Easy to swap, extra capacity
Had more capacity than the original, 10 year old kid swapped it out (supervised). Works well, had 70% soc and runs the Dell for more than 5 hours with average use.

Battery was used.
A used battery was sent, had some damage and no hardware or instructions included as shown in listing. To much trouble to return. Would not buy again, poor service.
