I bought these vitamins due to being in a place without fresh fruit and vegetables for the better part of a year and these were just what I needed.My gum tenderness went away in a couple of weeks (didn’t change toothbrushing/flossing routine) and the hair and nail support gave me peace of mind I didn’t have to take the brittleness on the chin.Amazing vitamins and well worth the cost if you are having difficulty with food availability. I may continue using even though I’m back in the states to make sure I’m not missing anything!
