Who knew that there exists another kind of PVC 1" pipe? The outer diameter kind of pipe...I guess I should have paid more attention but these are the real deal.They do exactly what I needed for a PVC structure, so I haven't tested in a pressurised system...

This worked perfectly on my homemade cat bed. I bought a replacement cot cover for one of my cat beds, but the metal legs had rusted up from being outside, and I wasn't able to get the old cover off of it. I didn't want to waste the new cover, so I made a cot frame out of pvc and used these for the corners. The cats love it. These saved the day!

I'm reviewing something that I purchased & haven't needed to use yet . Don't get me wrong because these are well made which should be versatile enough & to add stability to my Blue Java Banana tree enclosure made from 1' schedule 40 PVC . The enclosure was built last fall to put a tarp around it to prevent the tree from freezing which of course didn't protect it . Especially when the tarp ended up on the ground & we had snow flurries . A large cold weather tree bag replaced the tarp & draped around the tree & the enclosure to attempt to keep it from freezing .Last year's weather in the south coastal region of NC was bad news for a lot of plants & trees , we lost that tree . But low & behold the root system produced an off spring .

Is is what it says it is. No complaints.
