Now I want this on ALL my t.v.'s Including replacing my 8 speaker theater unit with this.
Had this a long time and the price I got was truly great, Operation is automatic from the moment you use your tv. Sound is great - excellent audio reflection for theater sound from one head unit.

Dissappointed, Wired Headphones Will Not Work.
I was a little disappointed with this purchase. I bought this because the product information stated it had a headphone jack. To me, that means you can plug in headphones and listen without disturbing others. This is not the case. It does have the plug in, but it is for input only, like connecting an iPod or your phone, or some other device that you want listen to. I will now have to buy a set of wireless headphones to use this the way I need to use it. The sound is adequate, and has a good number of sound variations available to get what sounds best to you. Controls are easy to manage with the remote, or the controls on the unit. The read out display is a nice size to see what you are doing.

Toshiba ABX3250KN Doorstop
I had planned to review the Toshiba ABX3250KN Audio Base Speaker system (sound bar) when used with a Toshiba 40L1400U LED television but since Toshiba did not include a cable capable of connecting the sound bar to the TV I can as yet only review its use as a doorstop:Amazon Review: "The Toshiba ABX3250KN works very well as a doorstop."Funny thing is (“funny” as in “hah, hah, the joke’s on you”) I ordered and paid extra for the Toshiba brand sound bar because of previous problems connecting electronic devices due to the plethora of different rear panel connectors so I figured there should be no problem mating these two Toshiba products.(Even a pair of USB speakers that work well with a laptop gave no sound when attached to the USP port of the Toshiba 40L1400U television. Perhaps the Toshiba engineers are befuddled by the USB and other IO device standards.)While the Toshiba sound bar does prop a door open quite well one imagines that a brick could exactly the same and cost the customer a whole lot less. It would’ve been nice if the information as to the lack of cables was included in the Amazon description of this product. But that would make too much sense.I will try give a followup review once I get a connecting cable (a DVI cable with HDMI plugs at each end doesn't work but like USB should); in the meantime I can only say, "Thanks a lot Toshiba, you people are really customer oriented. Fortunately there are enough other companies that make products similar to yours and my future purchases will be made from that group."FOLLOWUP:Four days after unpacking the ABX finally works. First I bought a HDMI cable and tried it in every possible combination of the two HDMI ports on the TV and three HDMI ports on the ABX and clicking through the 'Input' settings on the remote and none worked! So another day wasted! I finally got an optical cable and that worked. Optical cables are dirt cheap, why Toshiba couldn't include one with their product which would have made it functional on day one is beyond me.Still the ABX is just irritating to use, the tiny digital display on the unit is literally unreadable unless your nose is about five inches away, it is impossible to determine settings from couch distance, making the remote all but useless. The ABX remote and the TV remote seem to have been designed by two different companies, the mute button is top left on one and center on the other. It would've been nice TV remote could be used to simultaneously turn on both units, Even Better if one could adjust the volume of both the TV and the sound bar and Much Much Better to have the sound bar settings display on the TV screen. That's the kind of attention to detail that develops customer loyalty, brand name recognition. And that, the useless ABX display, is what finally got me to unplug the unit and pack it up for return. Currently awaiting a reply from Amazon. There is nothing in this combination of Toshiba brand TV and Toshiba brand sound bar that indicates they considered the user (their customer!) at all. Thus in all future consumer electronic purchases my loyalty will be to Any-Brand-But-Toshiba.

If you want to experience movies this is what you need!
Finally it's possible to hear what is told on TV. The new flat TV's look very nice, but the sound i horrible. With this sound bar the walls are shaking, movies are an experience now!The wireless bass boom box is excellent. No hassle to connect.
