Good value fork with decent features.
This is a good value fork. It's construction is good enough that I don't have any fears about its safety. It has some nice features such as compression damping and rebound control. The brake mount faces were nicely machine and had no issues with alignment. It is pretty heavy, so it won't win any awards in that category. All in all, this is a nice value fork that has some upscale features. It's not meant to be abused on very big drops or jumps, but for casual trail riding, you'll probably be well covered.

It looks the part. It's heavy.
Got this in hopes of finding a less expensive alternative. I have a lot of experience with enduro mountain bike riding, the type of riding this fork is designed to accommodate. I spent a lot of time working with this fork in hopes to have it functional. It looks like a Fox Factory fork. Surely it's made similarly, right? After installation and setup according to the manual, the fork was very stiff to operate. It is also noticeably heavier than other forks. With only 50 psi in the air chamber, it would barely move under my 150 lbs of body mass. Also, when installing the tire, I discovered that the axle nut will fall out whenever removing the axle. That little part is going to get lost. Hope to never need to take that front wheel off trailside. You'll never find that thing and will carry your bike back to the trailhead.I disassembled the fork to see if there was some impingement or binding that caused the stiff response. What I found was a big coil spring and lots of red lube with red chunks in it like strawberry jelly.I replaced this fork with a Marzocchi Z1 which was only slightly more expensive yet far and away a better fork.Don't waste your money on this one.
