Really food knife for the price

It's huge in both height and width, very heavy, and extremely hard to open. When you try to flick it open it stops half way and hurts your finger on the way to doing so, so the only way to reliably open it is manually. The natural metal look in the pictures in reality has a dull painted appearance. The wood is darker than the photo, which is the fact that bothers me the least, but should be noted regardless. It does feel good in the hand when grasped to stab or skin something but since it is advertised as a pocket knife my plan more of just keeping in my pocket to have for daily convenience. The substantial width is sure to announce to strangers that I have a knife in my pocket which typically isn't the sort of impression I like to make while walking around in public. A nice gesture was including a well made case to keep the knife in; a thoughtful inclusion considering my previous statement; however I fear wrapping it in said case will quadruple it's already enormous thickness. Perhaps this is a great for someone but does not work for my purposes. I will give it credit in that it is very sharp.I have included pictures to compare to an even thriftier tac-force knife that I believe to be of better design. The tac force knife weighs in at 140 grams and this knife is 194. This knife is nearly a half a pound. Incredible.

Wood doesn’t match the one in the picture. The wood on the knife I received is a very darker stain than shown.

Well made. Even has a belt case. Little beefier than I thought it would be.

Over all a nice knife. Plastic Handel but nice grip. It’s larger than I thought. For the price I paid, it’s a good knife.
