Edit: a few months later and I have to say I’m still quite impressed. One thing is, is that it leaked two times, and I don’t mean dripped a little- I mean the whole water bottle spilled out into my bag. I realised that it was because the white rubber piece on the inside of the cover was not in correctly. BUT- both times I had washed my water bottle earlier that day and took all the pieces apart and I guess I didn’t put it back together well enough. I think this issue should be addressed because a few things in my bag became ruined because of this spill. The reason I’m keeping my review at five stars is because it might be my fault, like I explained before, that the rubber piece was not secured. Edit #2: almost a yr later and I have to say I’m still quite impressed. One thing I noticed though was that sometimes I would be nervous to hold my water bottle by the plastic handle for fear that it would crack but I have to say that never happened . It’s a wonderful durable bottle that I feel will be able to last at least another yr and more. It obviously has some scratches and dents from a yrs worth of use but I’d definitely say it’s scratch and dent resistant, bc from t amount of times I dropped or kicked it it should not look as good as it does. Still recommend if u want a cute, durable, long lasting water bottle that doesn’t cost an arm and a leg. This water bottle is great. In this review I’ll discuss: -quality a. How long it stays cold b. Product material c. How well it holds up -color -what sets this water bottle apart from others QUALITY: A. I like my water cold and this bottle does the trick. I keeps my water at the temperature I want for the whole day (depending on the amount of ice cubes I put in) and then some. I was working out and I desperately needed I drink. Noticing my ello nearby I grabbed it and chugged. But I was surprised that the water was cold. I had filled it up on Friday and this was the next Sunday. The water was actually cold like it had been sitting in the fridge. That Friday I filled it about 3 quarters of the way with ice cubes. B. The metal feels of high quality. The outside of the bottle has a mostly smooth slightly bumpy - really very slightly - feel to it. It’s been in my bag when I dropped it on hard floor out of carelessness or anger and it has not even a slight dent. It’s rolled on cement floor, been kicked down, and has not a scratch. The only thing that concerns me is the cover. The cover is made of plastic and it does feel a bit thin. I have played with cover a lot (I fidget with anything I can get my hands on) and it’s still perfect. I’ve had this water bottle for a few months now. C. In A and B I’ve included everything I have to say about how well this masterpiece of a water bottle has been holding up, but here’s a summery: I’ve had this for a few months now and it’s been dropped, kicked over, knocked over, rolled around, played with, and more I’m sure, and it’s perfect. Not a dent or a scratch. Works as well as when I got it. COLOR: I got the bottle with the blue base and pink and orange cover and it looks exactly the same in person as it did in the picture. With all the different patterns to choose from, you’re sure to find one that you love. I’ve got so many compliments on the pastel color and overall aesthetic look of the bottle. WHAT SETS THIS BOTTLE APART FROM OTHERS: I’ll get straight to the point: it’s the cover. The cover has a unique design that cannot be compared to any other water bottle. Firstly, it has a spout, giving you the option of drinking from a straw. But you also have a chugging option because of the way the whole cover can flip up easily. Second (and this is a big one), is that because the cover can flip up easily without you having to unscrew it, it lets you fill up your water bottle with as many ice cubes as you please without having to spend 5 minutes every morning trying to screw it closed. And that’s what really sets it apart from other water bottles; the genius design of the cover.

The water capacity is 32 oz and i filled it to the top. The straw is plastic but perfect. The quality is perfect about this water bottle not too much to clean and just straw, lid, and insulated bottle. The temperature retention stays cool I filled my water bottle up at 6 pm and it is 8:25 am it is still cold. I believe on the packaging it says stays cool for 32 hours. The appearance is perfect I love how it isn’t so bulky and and it is portable because it has a handle that you can carry it around or tie something to the strap and go. I’m happy with my color I chose and it is very bright since I love pink! I am happy and a regular customer I love my new insulated water bottle!

This water bottle in absolutely perfect and well worth the money. Very easy to clean and I love that you can refill the bottle without having to disturb the straw! It locks and does not leak. I've had this in my car in the blazing sun and had to pick it up by the ring because the outside was so hot. It still had ice cold water inside! I'm buying one for everyone in the family!

I have had this bottle for a year now and really love it, Ello just needs to work on a few things. I had the bottle for like 6 months ish until, like other reviewers, the plastic latch on the lid broke. I used the water bottle every day so there was definitely a ton of wear on the latch but that should be expected in a water bottle and so the latch needs to be made more durable. I reached out to customer service who kindly sent me another lid. Since getting that lid, in the last 4 months, I'v started getting leaks! The rubber gasket that keeps the pop up lid sealed jumps out of its position whenever the bottle is opened so if you don't remember to triple check that it's positioned properly you will spill the entire contents of the bottle (also an issue noted with other reviewers). Weird bc I didn't have this issue w the first bottle. Customer service is again sending me another lid (note they do have a limited lifetime warranty). I am still pretty committed to this bottle regardless of the above issues if that tells you how much I like it anyway! The color is cute, the metal is high quality, the insulation keeps water cold for several days. I love the pop lid/straw design of the top and it's so unique I don't want to get any other bottle. Even if the above issues are irritating I'd still probably just buy another one and hope it doesn't have issues bc I do like it so much!

I’ve tried a lot of insulated water bottles, and this is easily my favorite brand. The Pop & Fill lid is the reason I keep coming back. You don’t have to completely remove the lid to refill it—just pop it open to add ice, water, or your favorite drink. It’s so much more convenient than traditional bottles. As a breastfeeding mom, I especially appreciate that I can open it and drink with one hand while holding my baby. That alone makes it worth it for me. The insulation keeps my drinks cold for hours, it’s leakproof, and it’s become my go-to bottle for everyday use and travel. The only thing to know is that the 32 oz version is a little too large for most cup holders, but that’s pretty typical for bottles this size. I also own the 22 oz version, which fits much better in cup holders if that’s important to you. Overall, I absolutely love this bottle and recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality insulated water bottle—especially busy parents.

Do not buy any other water bottle. This is the best out there! I have purchased seven of them. I lost two black ones awhile back. They never appear in Lost and Founds because they are too good. People keep them when found!!! The next three I purchased were green and a blue one. The blue one was for a gift! Yes, I lost one green one but still holding out hopes to find it. One green stopped working correctly. The plastic top that covers the mouthpiece stopped latching closed. Then I dropped it and the lid cracked. I went online to find a replacement lid. But the one I received was not the same, so I returned it and ordered TWO more water bottles light green. PRO: The lid is important. Its Flip to Fill means you just pop open the top and you can add ice and water without having to twist the whole lid off. As you know, if you have ice, the straw is hard to twist the lid and stay connected. This is the best feature of the water bottle. CON: It is too wide to fit in my water bottle holder on my bike. It would be great to have a slim choice. Additionally--(if that's a word)-I purchased a water bottle holder with straps that can go over the shoulder or around the waist. I really don't want to lose another one! I usually wait until I can find one that goes on sale for 18.00 and buy that color. Do not buy the replacement lids on Amazon. Even though they say Flip to fill, they are not. Go on the products website. They have the exact lid. It costs the same once you add in the tax and shipping fee. The water bottles cost more on the the products site so better pricing on Amazon.

When it's working well I love this water bottle - I love the colors, it keeps water cold for a long time, and doesn't leak as long as you keep the seals in the right place. However, it's a lot of work to keep it working well. It's pretty easy to clean, but you have to take apart a lot of pieces of the lid do to so and you have to make sure they're put back in exactly the right way if you don't want it to leak. You need to check if it will leak everytime you fill it, because it's either leak proof, or it will spill everything out if you throw it in a bag or something, there's no in between. It also gets moldy SUPER fast - I'm not sure why this water bottle does it so much more than others I use with the same contents. I'm sure it's fine if you clean it often, but then see the leak/seal issues. Also, once it got just a little mold/mildew on some of the rubber, there's really no cleaning them, I scrubbed with straw brushes over and over and some of the spots just won't budge. If you're not going to clean this every day, or if you plan to use it with anything but water (my culprit is liquid IV), I'd say go with something else. But like I said - when its working I really love it, so if you'll clean it and can be trusted to always check the seal - it's a good bottle.

I searched for years for a decent water bottle that met a very specific criteria and wasn't crazy in price. During that time, I also tried several that didn't meet their promises. I was so excited to find this model that surprisingly checked all the boxes and I loved it even more than I thought I would, until one of the most important features failed randomly after a couple of months. I travel frequently for work so having a spill proof bottle, that doesn't sweat, and keeping my hands as far from where my mouth goes is important for my line of work too. But having a lid that locks was an absolute non negotiable! When out of the blue one day I noticed my lid was open. I thought maybe I just forgot to close it, push it close. NOPE! The little nubbin that holds the lock shut broke off while sitting on my table. I LOVED this water bottle and I hesitate to buy another after this experience and seeing many others. There's no replacement tops available to buy from them and the knock offs don't fill without removing the top. Am I going to pay $25 to have a second cup without a lid, no! This cup was so easy to wash, carry, fill and drink from. No having to risk my safety or set a lid down on random counters, in airports, train stations, construction sites, public bathrooms, or labs to fill. No concern about a random persons germs, dirt, or a toxic substance being placed in or on my drink. No sweating, keeps drinks cold, no weird plastic taste. I'm honestly devastated.

I like the bottle overall but after about 2 months of use, I noticed the top rubber section is full of mould and very difficult to clean. No good…

My whole family has Ello water bottles. They are durable, never leak (as long as you have the lid locked), and keep our water cold all day. I just bought this adorable design with flowers for my teen and she LOVES it. Also great customer service. One of our older bottle lids no longer closed and they sent a new one.

We got this for usage in the car as it fits perfectly in the cup holder compartment. However the rubber that should prevent the water from leaking, gets shifted everytime it’s opened to be refilled. You can’t tell till it leaks. I’m just thankful we’ve always had only water in them for sweet drinks leaking anywhere is a disaster to clean up.

I love everything about this water bottle. It being dishwasher safe was the thing that sold me. But I love that there is a straw that can be put away especially when working in health care. I get so many compliments on this bottle

Was skeptical about the material at first but i really like the convenience of the hatch and also the spout being removable for easy washing. Been using this for a month and it's pretty good, and a bit more affordable than some other brands.
