CitizenWatches Mens BJ7006-56L Eco-Drive

Haven't had the watch very long but it is more beautiful in person than in any videos or photos that I saw while researching. Absolutely stunning quality for the money... I have a 7 inch wrist and this watch wears perfect! I'm glad I purchased the Blue Angels version and now I think I want the original as well. If you're on the fence about purchasing this watch just go ahead and do it you will not be disappointed.Oh and one more thing the product description says it has Atomic timekeeping and is a chronograph, I believe they have mistakenly put the description for a different model the flightmaster.

Great looking watch for the money for a GMT movement with the durable Citizen Eco-drive system. Very well made with high quality stainless steel.

This watch looks even better in person. One of my favorite watches. I have always had good luck with Citizen watches. If you are on the fence go for it.

There is flaw on the minute hand, obviously a fault by the manufacturer. Citizen really need to improve their work here, especially for a rather expensive watch.The seller was good though, willing to communicate and smoothly solved the problem by returning.

Excellent watch. Written support for it on the Citizen's web site DOES NOT address how to shorten the watch band. YouTube does have a video about how to do this, however! Watch is nice, keeps good time and night-time lighting lasts ALL night.

Husband loved his Christmas gift. Since he's on an airshow board and working with the military teams is one of his favorite things, it was fitting.

It came with a Stainless Steel band very strong and well made, but I like more this blue leather Watch Band Strap, Vented which looks like the original Citizen one. Bought also on Amazon. Very nice watch, gorgeous design. After a week its precision is + 1 second, that means about 4 seconds a month. I think that's more than acceptable. I also installed on it a screen protector, a make of ScreenGUARD Polyethylene which is also excellent, bought also on Amazon. I like it this watch very much, no need of batteries, is light powered, any light: sun as well as artificial light. So, I recommend this BJ7006-56L Eco-Drive Citizen watch.

I was unsure about purchasing this lovely watch but when it arrived Wow is all I can say.It feels so weighty and very secure whilst wearing it.I would highly recommend purchasing this great watch.

Lo positivo:Por si cupiera alguna duda de que se trata de un reloj estilo aviator, puedes encontrar alusiones aeronáuticas por todas partes.Desde luego lo obvio: se trata de un modelo conmemorativo de los Blue Angels, y la esfera esta ejecutada su librea: azul marino y amarillo. El azul es tan oscuro que casi parece negro, pero al recibr la luz directa cobra vida. Los detalles amarillos destacan mucho mejor que en la versión normal negro con rojo. Otro detalle a considerar es que como el bisel exterior fijo esta acabado en azul marino también, hace que la esfera parezca más grande.En la tapa podemos encontrar una viñeta esmaltada con el escudo del equipo aerobático.El tamaño de 42mm no es demasiado grande y con una distancia lug-to-lug de apenas 47mm, le queda bien a muchas muñecas.Puedes desplegar la hora Zulu (o la que te de la gana) en la subesfera semicircular que podríamos llamar faux-retrógrada, cuyas manecillas tienen puntas en forma de avión: amarilla y blanca para distinguir los dos ciclos.El lume es bueno, te dura toda la noche con una carga de un par de minutosLa caja de acero tiene toda un cepillado muy fino, que casi parece blasteado. Aunque a primera vista la caja parece tener un diseño tradicional, al observar en detalle vemos que tiene un tema de facetas inclinadas, sin duda evocando a su tocayo, el F-117. Los lados de la caja por supuesto son curvos, pero no con verticales sino inclinados, con el fondo de un diámetro un poco menor que el bisel. Las guardas de las dos coronas tambien estan facetadas. La corona que acciona el bisel prolonga su guarda para integrarse con el asa, y genera una bonita asimetría. Hasta los endlinks estan facetados!Ambas coronas tienen una textura muy industrial, como de maneral de válvula. La corona principal esta roscada, y la WR es 200m.El bisel interior giratorio implementa una calculadora de aviación tipo E6B accionada mediante la corona auxiliar, lo cual es un cool detalle retro.El brazalete tiene un detalle especialmente atractivo: A primera vista es un tradicional estilo Oyster, pero al observar de cerca uno se da cuenta que los eslabones, vistos de lado tienen un perfil de airfoil.La asimetría de este perfil (fuerte curva arriba, especialmente al frente, plano debajo) visualmente le da al brazalete un efecto como de oruga de tanque, y esta brutalidad de alguna manera se atenúa debido a que el ancho disminuye gradualmente de 22mm en las asas a 20 mm en el broche. Agrega a esto la calidad: eslabones sólidos incluyendo endlinks, todo finamente cepillado, y broche de seguridad maquinado.Lo negativo:No hay nada negativo, solo se me ocurre que el cristal no es zafiro, pero pues: precio. Si quieres un reloj estilo aviator, en este rango de precio este modelo patea traseros.

Sicuramente un orologio bello, unico e da collezione.Il quadrante molto ben sfruttato offre indici con piccoli dettagli gialli in una continua sfumatura di colori che virano dal nero al blu navi in base alle condizioni di luce.E un completo e versatile segnatempo con datario e possibilità di doppio fuso orario, infatti, la sfera con i due aereoplanini posizionata sotto le tre sfere principali, possono essere regolate per segnalare o AM - PM dell'ora corrente, o un secondo fuso orario dove all'indicazione della sola ora andrà abbinata in lettura l'indicazione dei minuti correnti. Si carica a luce solare o ambientale (è eco drive) il cristallo è antigraffio e sul fondello è impresso il bellissimo logo dei Blue Angels. Cassa in acciaio ben rifinita, diametro di circa 43 mm con anse da 22. Corona principale a ore 3 a vite, corona a ore 8 aziona la rotazione del regolo calcolatore.Molto soddisfatto sia per precisione, la leggibilità, e sia per l'unicità di questa serie limitata e data in dotazione per anni agli omonimi piloti americani.

Absolutely gorgeous dial, feels top quality. Did not arrive charged, so had to charge overnight. Not a big deal, totally worth it. Keeps perfect time. Easily one of my favourite watches
