Very good fresh taste good for pickle making

Used this to make indian mango pickle.. Tastes really nice If you use salt to extract water ,there is no need for salt when adding spices

It’s the first time I’ve used this particular mustard oil so I have been quite careful how I review it. The oil is light, which is good- I fry off my ingredients and spices when I make a curry so the texture of the oil is important. It coats everything evenly with no “clogging” . I blend all my curry spices myself and the taste of the oil when used in the pre-cooking of the veg and spices simply adds a depth to the flavour of the dish. I consider this oil to be great value for money. I will be buying again when I run out.

Bought this after reading a recipe for a very simple curry and decided to try it out. First use used a bit much of it and it made my whole kitchen pungent of mustard, stang my nostrils in not an unpleasent way, and felt I was breathing better than ever after.It adds a lovely subtle mustard taste to curries. You don't need much, maybe only a teaspoon when sweating down some onions, and it adds a noticable component to dishes, would highly recommend

Didn't like this oil. Really love mustard oil, but this has a strong smell and specific flavor.
