Gentle Eye Makeup Remover Pads for Sensitive Eyes, 85 Pads, Removes Waterproof & Long-Wearing Makeup, Non-Greasy Makeup Remover, Hypoallergenic, Fragrance-Free, Alcohol-Free

I typically dislike makeup removers specifically intended for waterproof makeup, because they leave a greasy film on my skin after using, but this one is not like that at all. I have a number of contact allergies, so I've been paying closer attention to the ingredients in my skin-care products, and of the makeup removers I looked at on the various apps like EWG, Yuka, SkinSafe, and INCI, this one seemed like it had the safest ingredients. Incidentally, the regular version of this makeup remover has salicylic acid in it, which isn't considered safe to use on the eyes. The pads aren't that wet, and I wish they had just a tad more liquid (this is my first jar, so maybe the next one will be wetter). I prefer them not to be too wet though, because then less of it seeps into my eyes. One side of the pad has a slightly rougher surface than the other, and I use that side when I first clean each eye, resting it on my lid and lashes for a few seconds before using the texture to "grab" onto the mascara and remove it. The smoother side I use to do a final swipe to clean eyeliner and everything else from the skin in my eye area. I wear tubing mascara, for reference, not traditional waterproof mascara, which (like most things) tends to be very irritating on me. My eyes feel clean after using this, which is saying a lot. I always do a final wash around my eyes and the rest of my face soon after, using a nonfoaming cleanser, so I can't say how well these pads would work if one wanted to immediately reapply makeup, but I suspect that these pads would work better than other makeup removers I've used. I wouldn't recommend it, though, since the concentration of ingredients that is allowed by law tends to be higher for products that are meant to be rinsed from the skin, and bloodshot eyes aren't a good look on me! Anyway, so far I'm really happy with these, and wanted to share my experience in case it helps someone else!

I love these. I think you can even use them more than ones each, which is kind of ridiculous because the pipe that brings 85 they stay moist they take away all of your eye makeup. They're beautiful.

I typically used another popular eye make up remover pad for sensitive eyes, however still experienced mild redness and discomfort. Decided to try instead the Marcelle Gentle Eye Make-Up Remover Pads, Sensitive Eyes, Waterproof Makeup Removal, Hypoallergenic. Have used about half the container so far. This is at a higher price point than the common drug store brand, but I feel is worth it. I no longer experience any redness or discomfort when removing my eye makeup and it does not leave any of that shiny residue. Also works well to remove eyebrow liner all in one wipe.

These work well, still take a few swipes to remove market they what I like most is that they are so gentle!

I was pleasantly surprised at how well these work. I initially had doubts when I first opened them up because of how small the pads are and how dry they seem. But these remove my waterproof mascara like a dream. I just hold it over my closed eye for a few seconds and then gently rub and it gets everything off. I use Garnier Micellar water (waterproof version) for my whole face, but I really had to rub hard to get the waterproof mascara off so I was on the hunt for something better. These are great!

Work very, very well. On 24 hr/waterproof. A lil greasy, which never bothers me personally. They are quite small and thin. This is fine for me, because the only eye make up I wear is waterproof shadow sticks. If you need to take off mascara, eyebrow, liner as well, you will need at least two of them. Not the most cost-effective way, perhaps. So if you wear minimal and/or lightweight makeup, they’re pretty great for the price, and it’s significantly less waste than cotton rounds (for me at least).

These work but I find them to be very chemically. They leave my eyes really red & sore.

I wear one of those very thick, long wearing, no smudging mascaras. The only other mascara remover I've found that takes it off is the expensive brand that makes the mascara... and then I got this for my daughter who wears a light weight mascara. I had to try it on my mascara and it works great! It took off the mascara without a lot of rubbing which irritates my skin. It doesn't leave an oily residue. It feels gentle on the skin, light in texture and moisturizing. All this and it's much more affordable than what I've been buying. So glad I found this!

This is a fantastic eye makeup remover. I use Skyhigh waterproof mascara and if you know anything about that mascara, it's so hard to take off but its my favorite. I decided to try this product based off the reviews and I agree with them! It is not oily at all and one pad is able to remove all my waterproof mascara with no problems at all! It doesn't burn or irritate my eyes either which is wonderful. I would reccomend to this for anyone who uses waterproof makeup or "long lasting" make up!

I have sensitive eyes,especially with working on a computer all day. I wear waterproof mascara and all my recent micellar water that I've tried have been a hassle with removing the mascara fully. I always end up with black under eyes after removing mascara as it's not fully off. These pads, even though are quite thin and smaller than expected as well as don't have a lot of product on them,are actually quite amazing. I don't leave reviews often but I was shocked when i used it today and in 1,2 swipes my mascara was off without hassle or leftover. I do recommend these,my eyes feel fine and clean.

A little oily for my liking, though does work well to remove heavy eye makeup and doesn’t irritate my sensitive eyes. Definitely worth having around after a night out!

This is such a great eye make up remover. It’s the only one I use. It’s great for sensitive skin. It’s great for waterproof makeup. I recommend.

Works pretty well. Purchased because Marcelle is known to make products that are good for sensitive skin and are gentle on our skin. It’s perfect!
