Utility, White Nylon, 4 in.

My favourite knife since I bought one at a cookery course 20 years ago.I decided to lash out on a second one.

Simply stated, there are no better quality kitchen knives available than Victorinox. They hold a razor edge that can be easily touched up with 7 or 8 passes on a diamond coated honing rod. This particular knife is the second Victorinox 4" paring knife I've owned, and this model is my favorite knife for slicing tomatoes, coring apples, and other small, detailed food prep tasks. The white polypropylene handle on this knife may not look as pretty as the rosewood handles on Victorinox's slightly higher priced knives, but it is practically indestructable. A perfect mate for htis paring knife is the 8" Victorinox chef knife, which comes in 3 different handle types (including Rosewood). I have one of the 8" chef knives, and it is my go-to kitchen knife for almost every food prep job

The steel in these is far superior to what is in most knives, allowing them to keep their edge a long time. The longer 4" length makes this knife much more useful for me than the shorter ones, but is still extremely affordable. Every kitchen ought to have several of these in it.

Bought this one for a coworker who loves the one I have😊. We have used mine for about 2 months, 10 hours a day, six days a week!! Now we won’t have to share 🤭

This is my go-to knife for almost everything. Just be careful, they come SUPER sharp- we’ve had some accidents getting them out of the dishwasher, but I’d obviously prefer my knives as sharp as possible.

I had bought this knife awhile ago and lost it. I love it. It is sharp and handles very well. My only objection is that It is lightweight but for the price it is a excellent buy. I wanted a white handled knife as I keep a kosher home and need to differentiate between meat and dairy. I would recommend it highly
