Great noise canceling earbuds
I like purchasing things that do what they say they will and these earbuds live up to the task. First off these earbuds are very inexpensive but by no means cheap. They are well built, as is the charging case they come with. These earbuds would work well sitting in the house listening to music as well as using for a full workout. I speed walk in the mornings which exposes them to sweat and often rain. They have taken it all in stride and keep on giving back great sounds. When listening to music outside I like the active noise canceling going strong and these do a great job dropping outside noise by 45 db. When doing something that requires me to be aware of my surroundings I can switch to transparency mode which allows me to be aware of things like cars coming from behind. These earbuds are comfortable and come with multiple sizes of ear caps. I had to upsize mine when I got them to form a great fit in my ears. The battery playtime is phenomenal and the charging case keeps you going forever. The TOZO app allows you to customize settings as you want such as EQ’s, music styles and such. The sounds are clear with deep bass when desired. I am very pleased with my purchase and I have found previously that TOZO service is very responsive to questions or if you might have a problem. Do not hesitate to purchase these earbuds because you will be quite happy with them

Works as well as more expensive ear buds, excellent customer service
Update: Again, TOZO customer service is excellent and responds to any issues quickly and positively. They replaced the charger case with a new one where the charger lid pin problem appears to be corrected and should not be an issue for anyone buying their product now.For battery life, I use these ear buds 1-3 hours a day every day and only need to hook up the charger case to recharge it about once every 13-15 days. Very pleased with the battery life.Original Review:I got these TOZO NC9's because my Cowin over-the-ear noise cancelling headphones (which I really liked) started having problems after 4.5 years of use and pretty extensive traveling with them. This is the first set of wireless earbuds that I have owned (although I have listened to my friends' Apple and other earbuds also) I have to say that I really love, Love, LOVE these noise-cancelling ear buds! I appear to have pretty average/standard ears as the buds fit very nicely and securely in my ears and I'm using the default ear tips. As they come with six different sized eartips, there is probably one set of tips that will work for you (or you might even want to use a different sized one in each ear if your ear canals are exactly symmetric). The sound from whatever device you're connected to is very rich and clear, and you can easily pick out little background noises and stereo motion cues with these earbuds that you often can't pick out when listening to your TV's or tablet's speakers. Both Bass and Treble are great--every bit as good as Apple ear buds but for quite a lot less money! No sense giving your money over to Apple executives' bonuses and shareholder dividends when you can get a great non-Apple product for considerably less and keep that extra cash for yourself! The controls take a little bit of getting used to them, as some commands are done on the left bud and others on the right bud and initially I was getting them swapped or tapping once when I needed to tap twice. But, the buds 'talk' to you, letting you know the noise-cancelling mode that you just switched to, so if you did the wrong command, you can quickly correct it and then do the command you originally intended to do. Once you've used the buds a couple times, the commands fall into place. My primary purpose for these earbuds is for travel on planes and trains, so the noise cancelling aspect is important to me. I haven't been able to test them out on a plane or train yet, so I did something a little more demanding: I wore them while mowing the lawn for over an hour. I normally wear ear plugs while mowing the lawn, but it turns out that these earbuds with noise cancellation turned on do a much superior job to my ear plugs--plus I can listen to music, podcasts, radio, books-on-tap, or whatever while I'm mowing and can hear it all very clearly and easily with the mower noise muted in the background. I have also been using the earbuds to stream video while I'm using my (noisy) stationary bike, and appreciate the noise cancellation and clarity of the sound while I'm exercising--it certainly makes the time go faster and more enjoyable with the clear sound versus using my Fire tablet's external speakers while they compete with the noise from the bike (and no more need to have captions on or have to jump back 10 seconds because I missed some important dialog)!I have connected these buds with a Fire tablet, Samsung Smart TV, Samsung S20 phone, and Dell XPS laptop. All these devices connected easily and without problem, did not drop the connection (unless I walked out of range, but if I got back in range within several seconds, the connection picked right back up), the sound only glitched occasionally when I was at the edge of range (but still better performance than I expected and certainly better than my Corwin headphones). I also made phone calls with these TOZO earbuds, and they work really well--most people did not even notice when I switched to the earbuds in the middle of the call.I haven't timed the battery life yet, but it definitely outlasts the battery on my Fire tablet while streaming movies, and the charging case tops off the earbuds whenever you put them back into the case. The case has battery level lights on it, so you also know about how much charge is left in the case before you need to charge the case up again. I've had the buds for about 3 weeks now, and have been using them 12 hrs/wk and will probably need to plug the charging case in for the first time this coming weekend.I haven't tried out the waterproof feature yet, maybe when summer rolls around...I've only experienced one small problem, and that was with the charging case. The little pins holding in the hinge for holding on the lid started working their way out, and I did not notice this until the lid came off and it was too late/too hard to push the pins back in. So, you might want to check out the charging case hinge and see if the pins on yours have shifted--if so, you can probably get something like a toothpick, fork tine, or a eyeglass screw driver and slide it back in really easily. It's unlikely that in normal use the pins would start to come out a second time. TOZO customer service was immediately responsive and has helped me out with this issue.Lastly, I like their selection of colors--so much more interesting than just white or black.

Confortável, simples, de boa qualidade
Chegou 3 semanas antes do previsto!

Excellent value for the money
Admittedly, this is my first pair of BT ear buds, coming from a pair of wired Sennheiser ear buds that I still use. I wanted something that would free-up my movements while bicycling and wireless is the way to go! I always read Amazon reviews, and will comment on a few that I've read:1. TOZO APP: Not sure if other reviews have documented this, but as of my purchase date, the TOZO app DOES support this NC9 model. I decided to download it to adjust the sound. See #3 below.2. FIT: With the various silicone earcap sizes, I'm somewhat confounded by those who complain about the fit of these earbuds. Mine came stock with one of the smaller sizes (I think it was second smallest) and I ended up moving two sizes up, which is about in the middle of the size selection. I have pretty standard, "normal" sized adult ears. The earbuds stay put very well, and didn't budge when I cut the grass (walking) the other day. I think it's somewhat impractical to expect ANY earbud to stay in place through vigorous movement.3. SOUND: On first listen, the sound was.....okay. It was decent, but a little on the shrill, glassy side. Good definition and detail, just treble-heavy. This is when I decided to download the app, and to my surprise (and delight) I found that the NC9 was included. I set the EQ to "jazz" (which is a standard EQ setting that I typically enjoy) and it adjusted the sound just fine. Bass extension for a wireless earbud costing $20 was perfectly acceptable. Volume wasn't bad and is adequate.4. PAIRING: I had zero issues pairing my TOZO earbuds with a couple of phones. Hopefully this will remain the case.5. CONTROLS: They appear to be pretty standard, though I'd agree that they can be touchy if you get your finger around your ear. I don't mind the voice telling me what mode I'm in. Some people are just......way sensitive to small stuff. I'm not one.6. BATTERY LIFE: I can't really comment on this yet because I haven't run them dry and re-charged them. I'll update this review as I get more hands-on experience with the battery life.7. CASE: It's an attractive, little case and the earbuds fit in it very well and very easy to get out. This was a consideration for me, as I was looking at other brands and TOZO models where reviewers expressed some disappointment with the difficulty they had getting the earbuds out of the case. As a lifelong nail-biter, the last thing I need is to struggle catching a teeny, tiny edge of my earbuds so I can release them from their case to use them. You want a good laugh? Watch me try to pick up a dime off a smooth granite or tile floor.8. NOISE CANCELLATION: Again, being my first set of wireless earbuds, I have no frame of reference as far as a comparison goes, but these seem to be pretty decent at cutting out outside noise. Do they eliminate ALL outside noise? No. For $20 I don't expect them to. They should more than suffice for most human beings who don't carry expectations at the 30,000 foot level. You want a fully noise-cancelling headphone? Buy one. One that covers your entire ear(s). Otherwise, I wouldn't expect 100% noise cancellation.9. PHONE USE: I didn't buy these to talk on the phone through, I bought them strictly for music listening while bicycling, mowing the lawn, or any other activity that would make wired earbuds inconvenient. For those complaining about how bad phone calls sound? I just laugh. Yes, you're technically supposed to be able to receive calls and speak on the phone. But for $20? Common sense should dictate that if one plans on using BT earbuds primarily for phone work, one is going to want to spend a fair bit more than $20. Get real.9. VALUE: For $20? Please. Maybe I was lucky in that mine paired easily right out of the box, I was able to adjust the sound easily through the app that now includes this model.......maybe I'm old enough and wise enough not to let expectations run wild on something (ANYTHING) costing $20, but if these last me a year they'll be worth it. Would I buy again? You bet. For the money, the fit and sound are very acceptable.

Really pretty amazing, very good customer service from Tozo.
Update 8/11/23. After the first pair and this review Tozo reached out to me saying they thought I might have a defective product and could they send me another pair (black in color) at no cost to try.I said fine and received the new pair in about 5 days. I took them mowing with me yesterday, all day in the heat (sweated buckets) after letting them charge in their case overnight. These come in a cool case that recharges them and keeps them protected and the new pair, paired right up effortlessly. They have 5 different sized little plastic inserts and they mention noise cancelling requires a good seal so the first pair I used the smallest insert - this pair I went up to the next smallest. Mowed yesterday from 9 am to about 4 pm and these worked great! No ANC mode going in and out, just steady sound. The replacement pair is also much more responsive to tapping. The first pair I tapped several times to try to switch modes before they would respond. This pair responds after one tap. These truly are amazing for mowing - you can barely hear the mower and can easily hear your music or audiobook. The best headphones I have ever tried. I do have to remove them and wipe them down from time to time (sweat) but the earbuds never once fell out - all day long.So its just been one day but the new earbuds have done well. I am also impressed with Tozo's customer service reaching out to me like that.(original review) Took these to the gym and they seemed good. I used the smallest insert and worked out. They stayed put just fine. Then I used them for mowing. At first I was REALLY impressed. I could barely hear the mower and could hear my music really well. Did not have to turn it up, etc. Truly amazing. But about 1/2 way through the yard they started to sort of cut in and out. Work for ten minutes, stop noise cancelling for ten minutes and I had to turn the volume up and even then barely hear. The headphones were fully charged and had only been used about 3 times at that point. I carried my phone in my backpack so it was only 2 feet max from the headphones. Maybe sweat got to them????Anyway while they worked they were truly impressive.
