Very nice that this phone was fully charged & I was able to use it after I took it out of the box. This refurbished phone works great & looks brand new! Would highly recommend also a great price

This is my first time ever buying a phone from Amazon and let me tell you I was not disappointed at all. I needed a new one to replace my 7+ and had decided to upgrade to an iPhone 11 and had bought a renewed premium and it came in perfect condition! I didn’t see a single scratch on anything and the battery capacity is excellent! The camera works real good too no blur at all. My battery lasted me the whole day and I was able to put my SIM card into my new phone with no problem. I also really love this shade of green too. Definitely will buy another one in the future!

This iphone 11 is awesome! Looks like new, no scratches, chips or any cosmetic damage that I could see. The battery life started with 100% and was at 71% after 6 hours of being at work and using it sporadically throughout my shift. So i would say great battery life so far. I purchased it for $370 total and it was refurbished in excellent condition. Storage was at 128 G (i believe or closest to that number). So great value for this attractive looking phone that works wonderful- so far so good, aaaaaaay!!!! 🔥🔥🙏🙏🙏

My daughter shattered her phone and I needed an affordable replacement. I’m very glad I found this seller. The phone arrived and looks and works like a brand new phone! The battery seems to last the entire day for her and the screen had no knicks, cracks, or scratches! Would definitely recommend and will buy again when the need arises (hopefully not soon haha).

Phone looks and works like new. Battery was at 100 maximum capacity. Case and screen seemed perfect. Seems to hold charge really well and can go more than a day on a charge. Seller did not include a charging block with the phone as per item description but after contacting seller one was quickly sent. Seller was responsive and very easy to contact and work with.

Came in generic box that included a charging cable and SIM card remover. Looks brand new. Works perfectly. I will definitely use the renewed program in the future. Great deal on a like new iPhone 11.

These "Renewed Premium" iPhones are not made to be used in the US. For example, the 128g version I bought is an A2221. That model does not cover many of the cell bands and modulations used in the US. Seller states that they are carrier unlocked and even mentions AT&T, T-Mobile, Metro. Those carriers make use of band 71 and others in many areas, but the phone has no capability for them.Since the phone isn't designed for use in the US, it might work in some areas on some carriers, but there will be problems. I called the seller, and they said "It should work ok". They said they have "mixed stock so you get what you get". This is despite me paying more for "Amazon Premium Renewed".Also, the ad copy says it was to be sent with a cable, "UL certified wall plug", and SIM tool. USB cable was in the box, but no power supply or SIM removal tool.

Llegó antes del tiempo establecido, con 99% de batería, no tiene detalles, estaba como nuevo, y a una semana de usarlo me funciona bien
