Perefct in every way
I bought this ax and was seriously impressed. Heavy duty with a beautiful leather cover—and they even included the tools to sharpen it. The ax has a solid weight, but it’s not too heavy for a woman to handle comfortably.The grip is fantastic—it fits perfectly in your hand, making it easy to swing with control. The set came with a sharpening stone and oil, which shows the company really went the extra mile.Quality item all around. I’d definitely recommend it. You can officially call me Lumber Jane!

Head of axe loosened after about 100 strikes.
This axe looks awesome and performs really well at splitting logs. But axe head started to loosen pretty bad after about 100 hits. Thankfully I know how to seat the head again quickly but still 100 hits is not much compared to other axes I have. But overall still really like the axe when the head is on tight.

Great for splitting wood
I am very impressed with this hatchet. Both for feel and ease of use. The handle failed after 4 months in a weird way. Contacted the seller and received a replacement in 6 days. Very good experience all the way around.

Styleish.
You can buy a "department store" axe for less, but what style this one has! You will be the envy of the other campers. Good heavy head, nice shaped handle. Axe head is not razor sharp but is perfect for splitting wood. Hammer head side is good, would be nice if the hammer side was a little longer. Carry case is spot on. Best camping axe I have ever had.

Nice Hatchet
Overall a nice hatchet . It will come in handy when I am in the bush. Nice weight and feels good in my hand. Came with a sharpening stone and hatchet cover. The handle comes stained but I added three coats of spar varnish to dress it up and protect it.

Nice axe, but sheath should be better?
This was a gift. The axe looks and feels great, and hopefully it performs well. Once we go camping we will get a chance to properly test, but out of box it seems good. However, the protective sheath doesn't fit. I was hoping to find customer support and get a replacement but I couldn't find any. The back strap doesn't reach when put on, and the loop for a person's belt, it'd have to be a skinny belt. I took a star off because of the sheath. If anything comes of the axe, like if it breaks after the first use I will update.
