Does the cabinet simulation work on all outputs?

Cab sim active only on XLR DI out. 6.35mm & Thru jacks bypass it. Use 6.35mm to bass amp? No effect. XLR to PA/interface? Turn Cab Sim on for authentic bass cab response.

How should I use the Blend control for the best overdriven bass tone?

Blend: max clockwise = full drive saturation; dial back = clean signal for low-end punch + grit. Modern rock: 12 o'clock. For EQ-only tone, turn fully counter-clockwise.

MID SHIFT & BASS SHIFT: Surgical Frequency Control
