Organic White Rice Flour, 2 lb, Finely Milled for Baking & Cooking - Gluten Free, Non GMO

Good product

Yes. Quay was recommended to make rice chips (cakes) and while the finished chip does not have the texture of a crisp cracker or like any rice cake I know, but it’s more like a thin chewy wafer . I happen to like the unique texture. Most rice cakes use unhealthy oils however the recipe for these “chips “ use a small amount of olive oil and water . You can make an amazing amount of these wafers from one recipe. I may have a lifetime supply with one bag of the flour.

I’m using Rice powder to make Bread more than using flour. Fluffy and chewier than wheat flour.

As described. Looking forward to using it.

I could not find organic rice flour in any of my stores. This is very fresh and works great in working with sourdough.

Buena calidad lo recomiendo

White rice flour is an excellent gluten-free alternative for baking with sourdough. It provides a light texture and neutral flavor that complements sourdough's tanginess. Its fine texture helps create a beautiful design for the top of your bread, enhancing the overall baking experience. Whether you're making bread, pancakes, or cookies, white rice flour ensures a delicious gluten-free treat that everyone can enjoy.

I've had a,hard time finding this at my local grocery. It arrived quickly and worked well with my gluten free recipes.
