Yes. Quay was recommended to make rice chips (cakes) and while the finished chip does not have the texture of a crisp cracker or like any rice cake I know, but it’s more like a thin chewy wafer . I happen to like the unique texture. Most rice cakes use unhealthy oils however the recipe for these “chips “ use a small amount of olive oil and water . You can make an amazing amount of these wafers from one recipe. I may have a lifetime supply with one bag of the flour.

I’m using Rice powder to make Bread more than using flour. Fluffy and chewier than wheat flour.

I could not find organic rice flour in any of my stores. This is very fresh and works great in working with sourdough.
