When it sits on the stairs, it doesn’t reach the next step. It will not stay standing off the steps, unless there’s weight in the very bottom.As for looks, it appears half assembled. The supports are clearly visible and sometimes pop free. There’s flaps on the top that are supposed to cover the supports but again, it just makes it look half assembled. There’s no design elements to make it look better. It looks bland.Overall, it performs as expected but the design is lacking.

I didn't realise how much I had on my stairs. I was able to keep loading into this. I teach a drone flight class and I like to have my little drones ready to go on a minute's notice. I put them into this and they fit perfectly along with all the other "stuff" that goes along with them. I also have been able to put my purse, mittens, headbands, and other winter stuff in this too. Will be posting pictures. soon. I am considering getting another one for my IT class "stuff". There is a nice pocket where you can slide things into.This went together in a matter of minutes. The directions were clear to put the frame together. Slide it in, flip the flap over the rods, place on the stairs and load it up. The basket is a thick and stiffer felt. You could easily add decorations to it to customize it. There are two rope handles. My cats love them. You don't have to put them in as they do not add anything to the structure's stability.I like it 5 stars worth, the cats both give 2 paws up.

I have wanted a stair basket for years so I grabbed this quickly. It is a thick felt material, looks cheap. Thick seams sewn into edges. It comes with 2 sections of rope for the handle part but the rope isn't long enough. You would have to knot it so it doesn't pull through then it leaves this little part sticking out.You build the pvc frame then put it inside the felt outside and stretch it around. The top of the felt overlaps the pvc pieces of frame to cover them but it is still all exposed. You can see the pvc frame inside, it looks cheap. Very disappointed with the item.

So far this basket fits my needs well. I didn't want a foldable stair basket as I thought that might not be as sturdy. The assembly was easy and it's perfect for what I mostly use it for (mostly holding clothing that needs to go upstairs). I wouldn't trust it to hold anything really heavy, but just for household use and given its size, I'm not sure what super heavy items you'd put in it anyway. I tied the rope handles on mine as shown in the product photos and my handles don't appear as long as in the pictures - when I pull them together, they're still 2-3 inches away from meeting in the middle. That means it's kind of hard to carry this with one hand. You do see the frame down inside the basket, just in case that bothers you. Overall I'm happy with it and it works well to help keep the mess off of my stairs.

I am one of those people who would just throw our junk on the stairs and would eventually bring it upstairs. This is a great storage basket that fits on our stairs to help maintain the clutter. I love the handles and that I can just bring the basket upstairs when needed. However, it does not stand up on its own when it is full due to the shape, but we just prop it up against the wall.

This is a nice little bonus storage feature. It is very nice quality felt material that you use little plastic poles to fashion into a stair step storage basket. It's very lightweight and easy to put together. Also easy disassemble. I don't know if this fits on every stair but most stairs at least if they're modern should adhere to common dimensions in which case is basket will work. It's nothing groundbreaking or terribly exciting, but it is really nice looking and it definitely stores a lot of stuff.

Great stair basket. The instructions were simple and easy to follow. Only took me about 3 minutes to put it all together. This is a must have for a two story house.

Difficult to put together and instructions are not very clear, but very handy and nice once assembled!
