I love the two-tone color on this keyboard, it looks really cool and gives it a nice premium look. The key sounds are nice and creamy, and the volume knob feels well made. I also like how smooth the knob feels when turning it; it doesn’t feel cheap at all. Even though the keyboard is plastic, it’s a thick, solid plastic that feels much more premium than I expected for the price. My son loves it, and it connected to the PC easily with no issues so far. Overall, we’re really happy with it and think it’s a great keyboard for the price.

Really impressed with this keyboard for the price. The keys feel smooth and responsive, and the compact size saves a lot of desk space. RGB lighting looks great without being too much. The volume knob is super convenient, and the keyboard feels solid and well built. Great for gaming and everyday use.

My son loves it. It is very small and doesn’t take too much space on the desk. It has a small nob which control the sound volume which my son likes very much. The color tone is very beautiful, pairing with the light makes it even better. The key striking sound is not that loud comparing to my son’s old mechanical keyboard. My son says it brings his gaming experience to another level because of its responsiveness. My son would give it a five stars.

So far so good! The sound is perfect, the lights work well, and you can customize it in so many ways! You can change the color of the lights (red, green, blue, yellow, purple, cyan, and white), the brightness of the lights, the mode (rgb, pulsing, and a lot more), and even how fast they go! Typing is easy as well, there's a small kickstand with two levels depending on how you like your keyboard to be. It's lightweight as well, and comes with a plastic cover to prevent any spills or anything if you have cats like me. (You'll have to excuse the fans in the background in my video!!)

I want to start with how much I like the cream switches on this thing. I haven't had a ton of keyboards but this is by far the smoothest and best feeling typing experiences I have had on a keyboard. The sound dampening on this is great. Offers a (*relatively, it is still a mechanical kb and therefore not silent) quiet experience while typing. The keyboard body is surprisingly well built with nice materials and no, or none that I have noticed, flex in the board. I am not all that heavy handed while typing so that may lend to a different experience for you if you happen to type that way. I personally have always been a sucker for smaller keyboards but a 60% just misses the mark for me because it lacks the arrow keys. This being a 65% and having those plus a dedicated DEL key takes the cake for me. As great as this keyboard is, I do have a few problems with it. First, the lack of a manufacturer made software is a little disappointing. They do have some functionality with VIA but this specific keyboard is not officially supported by the makers of VIA according to the VIA website. VIA itself is a little unwieldy but does get the job done for some things. Regardless, I would like to see an officially supported software for this keyboard for those that want it (or for official support by VIA would be ok as well.) Second, the volume knob is a little mushy compared to the rest of the keyboard. It doesn't feel bad but it can definitely be better too. (This isn't as much of an issue for me considering the cost of the keyboard and the quality overall but might be a deal breaker for others). My final thing that I am not the biggest fan of is no shine through on the key caps. (Yes I am aware I can get another set of keycaps with them but I wish there was option that allowed me to pick shine through keys vs no shine through.) Having any amount of shine so that I can see what key I am pressing (sometimes I forget where a key is and I have to look to remember where it is. I am not the best typist so cut me some slack on that one) in darker conditions would be nice even if it meant that it was an option I had to choose rather than having to go and get a whole new set of keycaps. I have not tested any sort of wireless use. I use mine wired at a desktop so if you are looking for info on the battery life or wireless performance, I would keep looking. All in all, I really like this keyboard. I am pleasantly surprised with it and have already recommended it to some friends of mine. All my issues with it can easily be ignored since they are either features I don't use enough to care about or are not bad enough to care majorly about. I hope you will give this keyboard a go.

Love the keyboard. It feels nice and sounds nice. The keys have smooth motion, but I wouldn't really call them "clicky." They are much nicer than the nearly decade-old keyboard that I was previously using. Even though the keyboard is small, it has good weight so that I don't need to worry about it moving around much. This is a USB keyboard, so the only way it will disconnect is if the cable is unplugged. It also came with four replacement key switches in case you start having sticky keys. The bad thing I will say about this keyboard that it's customization support is pretty bad. You are supposed to be able to download a json file and plug it into the VIA software to customize your keybinds. However, none of the json files on their website seemed to work properly. The issue seemed to stem from the wired keyboard having a different Product ID from what was listed in the json. It also appeared to have an issue with column numbers in the file. I ended up editing my own version of the json file just to get it working properly... which many people will not be able to figure out. I can't post links for working json files, but if you do a web search for the keyboard type along with the correct Vendor ID and Product ID, you should be able to find a json file that works. To find these IDs, open Edge and type " edge://usb-internals " The devices tab should list all of your current USB devices. Find the Product Name "RK-R65" or something similar. That line should contain the Vendor/Product IDs. Mine were Vendor ID 0x342D, and Product ID 0xE508. However, there is no guarantee that these will be the same for you. It seems there are multiple versions of this keyboard, so you have to make sure that the one you are grabbing matches your specific keyboard. All of that said, if you are just looking for a keyboard that will work out of the box, this will fit that bill. It's just the customization portion of the keyboard that is somewhat problematic. It sucks that you have to resort to using non-official json files in order to get the customization working properly. If you are somewhat tech savy, here is some more information about specifically what was wrong with the official json files. The first problem was a mismatch of the Vendor/Product IDs. The second issue was a mismatch of the line for "matrix": {"rows": 5, "cols": 15}. Even though the keyboard physically has 15 columns, the firmware on some of the keyboards requires 16 columns. Changing "cols:" from 15 to 16 allows the labels on the keys to line up properly.

Great keyboard! Wasn't sure at first as so use to having the full function key layout at top but found I don't actually use these keys all that much anyway. Plus the small form factor is great. They keyboard feel and sound couldn't be better. They keymapping software/setup is broken but this doesn't matter to me.

FANTASTIC! This is a creamy keyboard of high-quality and feels great. I love the way it sounds when I type. It is wired and fits easily into my tote.

The quality you get for the price is insane, feels great to use and looks the part as well! The keys sound amazing for stock, a nice thocky sound, which I'm sure would only be too easy to improve too, it comes with a key removal tool and a few spare switches, seriously blown away by what you get for so cheap. The keyboard has a nice weight to it too, heavy enough to stay sat in place. You can change the lights and everything with an online app called VIA, it tells you in the manual how to do it and there's a surprising amount of options. Will order from these guys again.

I've purchased a few boards before. I started with the Glorious TKL - the very first board they released. That was my introduction to mechanical keyboards. Spent a LOT of money and time buying switches, lube, films, etc. Years later, I bought another board from Amazon - the Fogruaden Wired 75%. Played around with it and settled on "good" but not great. Didn't really like the switches, sound or the feel of the board. I've always been in search of that "thocky," sound and never really achieved it. So I was hesitant to spend money on another keyboard. It's always hard to tell from video reviews if the sound you are hearing is accurate or because the creator has isolated/enhanced the sound. But let me tell you, this is everything I could have hoped for. That "thocky," sound you hear in the reviews? That's exactly how it's going to sound when it arrives. I was going to use this to replace my old Glorious TKL that I use for gaming/web browsing, but after using this board for all of a minute, there is no way I can subject a board this nice to that kind of rough use. Instead, I'm going to keep using the Glorious TKL and bring the R65 out for when I've washed my hands free of any oils/use it for work purposes. Despite being made from plastic, it feels very premium with a nice weight to it. As far as I can tell, there are only 2 downsides to this board. 1.) The software is confusing and requires a fair bit of setup. The average user might have difficulty. 2.) The included cable is hot trash. Most "budget" keyboards come with a braided cable. This one comes with a cheap rubber cable that has been folded up, so it's got kinks. For a board at this price-point, it should come with a braided cable. But if that's how they're cutting corners so they can provide a board this nice at this low a price, I'm all for it! In short, if you have doubts - DON'T!

The best keyboard, I would definitely recommend this keyboard to who are a keyboard nerd and enthusiasts like me I have purchased many keyboards but never felt so clean satisfying if you have a Budget around 5 to6k I would recommend you to buy this keyboard for gaming typing. I personally prefer 60% I really enjoy using this one only down fall is the software.

The sound the keys make are so satisfying, it feels great to use. I’ve used other gaming keyboards that cost double this and were no where near as enjoyable to use as this.
