Just started using this product a few days ago so I am not sure about the results yet. The product and flavor were recommended by my trainer and I know it worked for him. It has a slight vinegar taste, but overall not the absolute worst. Take on an empty stomach in the morning and right before bed.

ingridients ok ok i guess i mean there are so many other brands thst has the same exact ingridients so i decided to buy this because of the flavor the only reason ans the flavor is extremely extremely sweet like i loveee sweet but wow this is too much when i drink it it kind of burn my troat but thats not the flavors fault ots the l carnitine overall i have bought other brands ans its the same . efectivness dont expect a miracle worker you do need to eat clean and excercise regulary but it will work for sure . i honestly would buy this again of only it was cheaper just to try other flavors maybe rainbow candy but if i find other brand cheaper i will def not buy this one again.

The way the cap and bottle are designed, using the cap as a measurement spoon, it's always going to be sticky and dripping, even when the cap is on tight and your shaking it as require before consumption. Miami flavor os pretty good. I didn't notice any results, but I like to try different brands to see how my body reacts to different ones. Maybe you'll have a better experience

Just like with the volcarn 2000, it made me sweat alot more the first week but after that it didnt seem to have much of an affect.
