Made this and it was amazing!!
Simple to make and really moist and lovely! I added orange curd between the layers of cake to make it even nicer. I don’t think I will buy gluten free anymore and just bake instead of it tastes this good.my non gluten free family members were gobsmacked because they are used to dry GF products (the norm)Loved it. Will try more Betty Crocker in the future

Excellent cake mix
I was really impressed with this cake mix, it was incredibly easy to use and the resulting cake was dense but light, with a lovely, not too sweet chocolate flavour. It in no way tasted like the old school, dusty, gluten free options of the past, in fact no-one would know it was gluten free. I replaced the oil with melted butter as I've never been a fan of oil in cakes. I baked all the mixture in one tray rather than two cake tins and did not add any frosting as I do not have a sweet tooth. As I was baking the cake in one large, rectangular tin I allowed the full 28mins for baking, then covered with foil and baked for a further 15mins. The result was exactly right.I will definitely buy this product again but may add some dark chocolate and/or coffee to give it a little extra depth of flavour.
