Until recently I found out about the existence of this type of LED bulb. I couldn't be more satisfied with how easy it is to install, the color and the brightness it gives to my spaces. It is a perfect alternative for those who still have can lights in the ceiling. I can't say much about how long they might last because it's still early days since I bought them. But I can say that I hope they last a long time, since the LED lights are very durable and help save on the electricity bill.

After replacing all older fluorescent bulbs in our basement I could see differences right away. The brightness is practically instantaneous and still pleasant to the eye. The only reason I gave a three star rating for longevity is that, based on my experience with other LED light bulbs, a percentage of bulbs alway fail regardless of the brand. The main difference between well known and off brands tends to be the price. Most of them are made in the same off shore factories.

Great light bulbs! Wanted bright bulbs and got very bright bulbs. I would recommend these and will buy again.

I originally gave these bulbs 1 start because they flickered a lot. However, as they've been used more, they have flickered less often. Maybe they got warmed up, maybe have the dimmer set to the right spot.I think ultimately any bulb would behave the same and the problem is that I have 6 one the same dimming circuit. I think I actually need to replace the dimmer with an updated LED friendly dimmer.I actually think these are good value.

Purchased these LED bulbs to replace the old ceiling hallway light bulbs, work great, nice and bright.

I was very happy with these at first. They had a good color temperature to brighten up our living room without being too much like the "Daylight" range of bulbs. They worked fine for a few months but then started to flicker. The 12 bulbs are on 2 dimmer switches in the room. I could adjust the dimmers at first and it would stop. But it kept getting worse. I thought I had an electrical issue in the house and checked all my neutrals in the breaker panel to make sure they were tight. Then I checked all the wires in the panel. Started swapping breakers. Thought it might be the dimmer switches but before I changed those I decided to buy a box of GE LED bulbs first. Switched the bulbs and no more problems. Maybe they work without a dimmer switch but they definitely don't work with a dimmer. They do say they are compatible with a dimmer and my dimmer switches are rated for use with LED bulbs.
