This is not the pressure controlled socket. For the integrated pressure control microswitch version search for Whale ES5001. Fortunately the parts are all compatible so I just swapped the internals as it was the lid support I needed as that had perished. I'm not sure where the micro switch for this socket is but it's not in this part.

Great like for like replacement , my old cover had broken off and the rest of the fitting was perished , the new fitting slotted into the existing hole , easy to fit , took 10 minutes,

Arrived on time and intact, fitted into the wall of my caravan, to allow the positioning of the water carriers inside the awning. works well, easily fitted, comes with stainless steel screws and a pattern to use to cut out correct hole.

We fitted a through-the-wall connection on our previous caravan and were always pleased with it. the system allows the use of an Aquaroll located outside of the caravan (with a float control if the campsite facilities provide a tap for each pitch which is more common now in France). When we purchased an upgrade caravan (which is a Hobby with an on-board water tank) we (I) found that as it had a smaller capacity it was frequently needing to be refilled. This year I was fed up with this so have made a hole through the side wall and fitted the connection to allow us to bring the Aquaroll back into service. Magic!! It is also less noisy inside the caravan as the pump is located on the ground outside.
