Neat solution if you don't have seat stay lugs.
Cracking piece of kit that neatly solves the problem if your bike does not have mounting lugs for a pannier rack on your seat stays.

Best way to mount your pannier
This is definitely the way to go for fitting a pannier to your bike. It fulfils the role of anchor for your pannier but also a very effective clamp for your seat. This design is far more suitable than alternatives on the website, its clamping action coincides with that of most bike downtubes and is therefore more effective. Strongly recommended

Fits well
A little pricey for what it is, but I needed one to fit a rear rack. the 31.8mm had enough space to tighten round a 30.6mm seatpost. Worked well, no slippage when torqued to 10Nm.
