I have windows that I have to use a tall ladder to clean, but not with this device. It allowed me to clean the window nicely.

Welp, I was able to wash ONE window. That's right, ONE! Then the lovely PLASTIC screw on the squeegee end snapped off. TERRIBLE quality. I REALLY wish I'd read the bad reviews before purchasing this. I hope I can repair this with superglue and at least finish the rest of my windows at least once. UGH!!!!

Great product & good quality for the money

We have a vaulted living room so we have some windows that are high. I really wanted to clean them. I thought this tool would be great but not so much. I had to use five lengths to reach the windows and it doesn’t do well with that many. It bows and makes it difficult to put pressure on it to wash the windows and even harder to use the scraper. The main part of it that you attach the sponge to also broke off the rod within five minutes of pushing and I had to duct tape it. Wouldn’t recommend.

I ended up not needing this, but I will tell you that it is a hell of a lot better quality than what I was expecting it to be for the price. I now wish I'd just kept it for down the road just in case the prices went up. Hmmmm...... anyways, this is a great product for everything you get. I didn't use it, but I did put all of the polls together to make sure it wouldn't end up being too heave and folding in the middle of my work, and I am very confident that this'll hold up well for what it's intended for.
