Equivalent to German 550 flour this one is great for bread baking. I prefer the European flours quality and taste over the typical store brands here.

Francine Multipurpose flour is not T65

What Amazon advertize is totally false. The Francine multipurpose flour in absolutelly not a T65 flour. Francine flour is only 10% protein, which is the T55 flour equivalent. For an even airier baguettes you have to use bread flour containing approximately 12–13% protein.
