Good support, but constantly pulling it up
So the features are nice on this support. It has support bars on both sides of the brace. A nice gel pad that covers the kneecap. But I have to reposition it constantly. It’s very snug, so not sure the next size down would fit without a lot of discomfort.

Decent option
If you need a knee compression sleeve then this might be a decent option for you. Fit might be a bit dependent - I think some people will find that this works well, and others will feel like they're constantly tugging on it. For something like this, I would probably go with the recommendation of a professional, but this is a quality option if you're trying out something on your own.

Solid compression but can't get rid of behind-knee wrinkles
I am having a bit of an issue with my knee and thought a compression brace might help. My measurements fit within the Medium size category, so I ordered it and it fit very snugly, which I considered appropriate. It is well-made, in my opinion, with strong, stretchy fabric that withstood my pulling and tugging it, and the stitching was sturdy. The side braces are a flattened, kind of coil of metal wire, which moved nicely but still gave some support. The description says they are removable, but that looked like a lot of effort (maybe more so getting them back in), so I didn't even try. It works well with them in and I didn't even notice them. The brace provided me good, firm support, but two issues I had were I could not get rid of wrinkles behind my knee - I could smooth it out, but as soon as I bent my knee they were back, and not the most comfortable - and the kneecap pad didn't want to stay centered over my knee top-to-bottom. Once I realized there was a gel pad inside the knee disc and removed it, it fit better and was more comfortable for me. But I can see how it would help someone with a patella issue (that I don't have).I was a little surprised by the price ($59.99), which seems to be on the higher end of somewhat comparable products, but I have never shopped for knee braces before and this is apparently a very good company to get them (or other types of braces) from. If it helps with mobility and swelling issues, it's worth the money. It has been doing a nice job for me compression-wise, except for the wrinkles, which I can live with by using a small pad behind my knee.

Measure to get a good comfortable fit
This is the most comfortable knee support I’ve worn and I’ve tried a few. It gives me the perfect amount of compression and support. It’s important to measure your knee to get that perfect fit. When the fit is correct it does make a big difference not only for comfort, but to the feel and support. I found the size chart to be true. The support is made of a thick fabric with limited stretch. Down the sides are metal stays that are removable if washing the support. Inside is a shaped cushioned support for over the kneecap that feels very comfortable. For me this cushion helped limit sideways motion which I wanted. The top of the leg opening has latex grippers which keep the support in place, no moving or rolling. You roll this top over when pulling the support on /off. All of these components together just work! It’s the best knee support I’ve had to date.
