You better know your hole fit
These plugs work well, but it depends on the hole diameter and depth. There is no real inner lip, so retention relies on an interference fit and some degree of a sharp edge for the sides of the plug to grip. Sheet metal holds it well. Plastic plate is much trickier. The plug will have to reach through and beyond plastic plate.

Bang for your buck.
They did just what I needed then to. Maybe could be made out of thicker material if possible.

Only used once it didn’t self heal but could of been that one was faulty

Good value
These are inexpensive and work quite well. I do use a high temp adhesive to complete sill. I’m not sure I need the adhesive, but I’m not going to take any more chances with contamination then I have to.

While the product is fine and does it's intended job the price is bad
While the product is fine and does it's intended job the price is bad. You can get 250 of the same ones on Ebay for the same price . That's 200 more. I thought this was the same amount.By the time I realized it it was on it's way and I was in a time crunch. Live and learn.

Does what it says on the tin.
I drill the holes in my metal lids a little smaller than the diameter of the ports so the injection ports have a tight fit without needing silicone or some other sealant. Works great.

Heals right up!
Great self healing properties. They probably Last about 20 injections before they go bad, depending on the gauge of the needle used. I'd recommend this product!
