For me it burned a little when I first used it. I attributed that to the dryness I had. It also oozes out which might make your uncomfortable. If it continues to burn, I would stop for awhile and possibly try again in a week or so. To be honest, I stopped using Replens last year, after using it for a good year and a half, as I still got a uti which I was trying to prevent in the first place. I am on a prescription cream now to heal the vaginal tissues. We will see how this works in the long run.

Trying to get the cream through the applicator while inserted doesn't work. Much of the cream is left in the applicator. Time to get new way to apply!

Before I open it I squeeze the bottom and sides real good that should work
