Gotta get your greens!
I drink 2 scoops with a large glass of water a few days a week and recently switched to Ryse from Ghost. The apple juice flavor is there in this one but it is more of a suggestion. They have a lot working against them considering the "green" flavor is VERY strong in any brand I've tried. Good value for the money compared to other brands. I don't high protein low carb diet typically and notice better digestion and less stomach irritation on days when I take this. I can honestly say I don't notice and increase in energy levels and certainly no jitteriness from this. As far as skin improvement I can say that I have not noticed any changes but that wasn't my intention when taking this supplement. Probably the best thing is these are a little more fine in texture so it's not like drinking lawn clippings!

The grainy texture does not go away after mixing with water. Taste is not that great either. Not worth the money

Super greens
Not a fan of the green apple flavor. Taste was okay but it’s hard to find a super greens that tastes good. Quality seems good. Smells good. Texture is good and mixes well with water.
