Just got my cleaning kit and I am overjoyed. I have been cleaning guns for 70 years now, first 22 rifle when I was 14 years old. Have a lot of miscellaneous kits, now I have everything in one place. First, I like the Brass cleaning rods. Cannot damage a steel bore with a brass rod. Second, the smaller rods are .177 so you can clean your pellet guns. 22 rods will not work. One of the best items is the pointed jags. I started using these about 10-15 years ago and they are much better than the loop type. With a 1 1/2" patch they fit perfectly for what ever bore size you are cleaning. They include 50 each of the 3" patches. You can cut these into quarters, 1 1/2" and you end up with four times as many patches which I stated work perfectly with the jags. The kit also has 14 bronze brushes which you need to remove the carbon in your barrels. And mops for all calibers to finish up with. They have two oil bottles, and one I will fill with Breakfree, best oil, and one with solvent (Shooters Choice). I think I will be giving this to my oldest grandson on his 18th birthday this year as it will handle all of his cleaning needs. The kit also has muzzle guards, other cleaning patches, brushes and other adapters. Glad someone took the time to come up with an all purpose cleaning kit. Thanks Iunio.

It's a fairly good kit, with a lot of options for cleaning a multitude of items. The two empty Oil bottles are there for you to add what you want to put it in the case. I have two issues that prevented 5 stars: 1. The case doesn't hold the cleaning rods in place. The plastic form is not good enough and the rods fall out. I used packing tape and that seems to hold them in place for now. 2. The slotted patch loops are not very good. They are made of plastic and not very solid plastic at that. I used one twice and it snapped off the cleaning rod. I have an older kit and it has a metal slotted patch loop so I put it in this case. I'll probably be buying a metal set to replace the plastic ones. I'd spend $5.00 more for the kit they sell with the metal slotted patch loops. If you don't need that, then this kit is fine.

I have been using this product for a few weeks now and it has handled everything from pistols to rifles with no issues. The kit is well organized, the tools feel sturdy, and the included cleaning mat makes the whole process easier and less messy. I really like how portable the case is and how it supports multiple calibers in one convenient set. Overall, it is a reliable and practical kit that delivers great value and performance.
